I've been going to Maya Taqueria for years for their amazing vegan options and care around dietary restrictions! Their new pulled shiitake mushrooms are so meaty, I took my bowl back to the restaurant because I thought they had accidentally served me meat! But they were able to confirm I did, in fact, get the mushrooms. Great rice and beans as well, and definitely get their paletas in the summer 😋
