Vegan restaurant est. 2010. Offers changing menu of different kinds of dishes. Daily lunch menu from Monday to Friday includes either a soup or a dessert. Uses mostly local and seasonal ingredients. No alcohol served but a selection of alcohol-free wine and even champagne. Breakfast served on weekends. Kitchen closes on Mon-Thu at 9:30pm. Companion animal friendly. Open Tue-Thu 17:00-22:00, Fri 11:30-22:30, Sat 10:00-22:30, Sun 10:00-22:00. Kitchen closes at 9.30pm Tue-Thur and 10pm Fri-Sun. Open days vary, so call ahead.

Great vegan German food - Edit
I have visited Max Pett a few times because of the good variety of vegan German dishes here and it doesn't disappoint me. I love that their food is fresh and handmade (e.g ravioli, ketchup). Staff is friendly and attentive as well.

We went when they were only serving Saturday breakfast food. We got the Bavarian and English breakfast. It wasn’t something I would seek out again, but it was good for what it was! It’s a novel experience to have breakfast sausage options. I’d definitely go back to try their regular menu

Mains: Viennese soy schnitzel, wild garlic ravioli and Caesar salad.
Tasty but was a bit salty, especially the salad but I have found that to be the case in all restaurants in Munich. Nonetheless I would come back.

We ordered the Buddha bowl and the schnitzel for mains and then the Kaiserschmarrn for dessert. The portion sizes were very generous. We loved all of our dishes! The staff were also really welcoming and provided really good service 😊

Gestern war ich mit einer Freundin zusammen bei Max Pett in München. Max Pett ist ein komplett veganes Restaurant circa 15 Gehminuten entfernt vom Hauptbahnhof. Es gibt eine relativ überschaubare Karte und trotzdem fällt die Wahl schwer , ich hatte einen grünen Eistee mit Litchisaft , das vegane Sojaschnitzel mit Pommes und als Nachtisch drei Kugeln Eis. Alles war unglaublich lecker , wir saßen draußen , es ist total gemütlich , alle sind super freundlich und herzlich und wir waren einfach nur glücklich 💚.

Haben (unter der Woche btw) über eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. Veganes Schnitzel war dann auch schon hart als es kam und nur noch mit hohem Kraftaufwand zu zerschneiden. Kellnerin hat uns zwar ein Eis als Entschädigung gebracht, was sehr nett war. Für die Bezahlung mussten wir dann aber wieder zur Theke gehen, weil trotz inzwischen fast leerem Laden wieder keiner kam. An einem anderen Tag wäre es sicherlich besser, aber ich muss trotzdem nicht nochmal hin

Schon in den Ofenkääse als Vorspeise hätte ich mich reinlegen können. Die Spätzle total intensiv, einfach lecker. Das Schnitzel und die Soße auch ein Genuss. Einfach nur danke für das super vegane Angebot, würde gerne den Rest auch irgendwann probieren. 🌱

Ich habe es nach acht Jahren vegan-leben auch mal ins Max Pett geschafft, obwohl ich schon sooft vorbei bin. Komplett vegane Restaurants und dann noch sogar alkoholfrei finde ich sowieso super und auch wenn die Karte nicht ganz so überladen mit verschiedenen Gerichten ist. Die Auswahl an alkoholfreien und veganen Bieren/Weinen ist auch sehr gut.
Read moreIch hatte das Soja-Schnitzel mit Kartoffelsalat und ich fande es mega lecker. Heutzutage sind ja schon viele Schnitzelalternativen im Umlauf, sodass man schon einen sehr großen Vergleich hat. Die Panade war aber sehr knusprig und auch das Innere authentisch. Es hatte irgendwie einen besondern Geschmack, welches es so nah wie möglich ans Wiener Schnitzel bringt.
Von den Desserts hatten Sie leider keine mehr, nur noch Eis. Die Kuchen/Torten waren aber noch verfügbar und die Snickers sowie Tiramisu-Torte (leider keinen Bild) waren auch sehr lecker.
Großes Lob auch ans Personal: Ich weiß leider nicht wie unsere Kellner/in hieß, ich fande Sie aber super lieb und auch sehr professionell da wir ein paar Fragen zu den Allergenen hatten. Sie hat sich sehr bemüht und war so freundlich.
Die saisonale Yuzu-Holler Limonade war auch sehr lecker.
Ich werde aufjedenfall nochmal kommen und die Ravioli probieren, sowie das Frühstück.
Pros: komplett vegan, alkoholfrei, veganer alkoholfreier Wein und Bier
Cons: teuer aber normale Münchner "Verhältnisse"

Lovely food, friendly service and cozy outdoor seating! The schnitzel was crispy and rich and the summer salad was really flavourful. Their ice creams and mocktails also hit the spot. Non-vegan mom wants to go back asap 😂

I came here specifically to try Kaiserschmarren. They were a bit too sweet for me, but nice. I also got the Eisschokolade and that was delicious. I can definitely recommend this place, it’s in a calm street, the outside seating is beneath trees and the waiter was super nice! Overall very calm atmosphere. Just what you need on a hot busy day evening💗
