Delicious breakfast and bowls! - Edit
I had the pleasure to try both the breakfast buffet and the bowls while staying in Europe's first vegan-friendly certified hotel in Europe!
Read moreThe breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious, with so many extraordinary dishes like croissants, homemade sweet and savoury spreads, DIY waffles, cereals, seeds, dried fruit, soy yoghurt, vegan butter sand my favourite: the "Leberkäse", a Bavarian meatloaf (yes, it's vegan, it's from the Vegane Fleischerei, vegan butcher, at Viktualienmarkt).
Then of course juices, smoothies, chia pudding, Bircher muesli, fruit and veggies and salad. I also had a latte with oat milk freshly made for me by the barista as the self serve coffee machine (so far) only has cows milk. All this for 23€ all you can eat! Open for outside guests from 7-11 every day.
The bowl I had for lunch was delicious. Fresh, crispy, creamy, just all the right flavours and delicious presentation!
Pros: Really good value for money, Clear labelling of vegan options, Friendly and helpful staff

Tofu mit altem Sesamöl, sodass der Tofu eklig geschmeckt hat. Süsskartoffeln zu fettig und tahini dressing alt bzw. schlecht… es hat super sauer geschmeckt mit einem beißenden Geschmack. Zum Glück hatte ich nur portionsweise etwas eingetaucht und es nicht über den gesamten Salat geschüttet😒
The interior and design is very modern and lovely with lots of seating options close to the lobby of a hotel.
The service is friendly, but it’s self service.
The bowl I ordered was a create your own vegan bowl. They costs 13.9€ - which is overpriced for the size. I am a bit disappointed by the tofu which was supposed to be crunchy but the sesame oil they used was old so the whole tofu tasted weird with a bad aftertaste. The sweet potatoes where also with too much oil. The tahini dressing was gone bad/ sour.
I didn’t realize it first but when I took another bite of salad I felt the strong taste of sour / bad dressing.😡
Presentation nice - glad I didn’t pour the dressing over and dipped the tofu into it instead so I could still eat the rest of the salad

Delicious healthy bowls - Edit
Fresh ingredients. Plenty of vegan options. Can choose from a set bowl or make your own. Tofu or lentil patty, plenty of vegan sauce options. Would definitely come back!
