Good vegan options - Edit
We had a good lunch at Maui Poke. Both my wife and I went for their preset vegan bowl, I had it with brown rice and she with quinoa. A bit expensive, but expected in Hawaii, next to the resort.

Vegan tofu rice bowl in an outdoor mall food court - Edit
Fine for what it is! Not really vegan poke, just a rice bowl with tofu, edamame, some other veggies, and the choice of soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, or sweet chili sauce. Nothing fancy, it's exactly what you'd expect!

Customizable Poke Bowls - Edit
Being able to craft a customized bowl with tofu is a definite plus, providing a fulfilling meal option. While the tofu was slightly chewy, the dish itself was perfect for the type of restaurant.

We got the vegan poke bowls salads. Option of fresh or fried tofu. Lots of veggies, delicious sauce.
