Great fine dinning experience

If you ever want to have a fine dinning experience which goes in the level of a Michelin star restaurant without breaking the bank totally check Marie B. It's run by the team of La Degustation, which is very close to this spot and has one Michelin star. Here the concept is a bit different and mode modern. You get a card blanche menu which means you don't know what you eat. When you do a reservation you can add your dietary preferences, when it's easy that the chefs prepare you a fully vegan/vegeterian menu. Then it's you task to guess what you are eating, you can write down some notes, after it you can talk with the chefs and they explain you if you were right or not😄so very interactive part. This part is especially very nice if you have a seat at the chefs table where you can watch the team. For that you have to book from 17:30-18:00 or after 20:00. In the hours between guests will seated in the vine store next room. In terms of the quality of the food everything is very tasty. Intense flavours and nice play with textures and temperatures. Only thing I would criticise is the dessert. It was good but lacks a bit of creativity (but plating was super cute 😅). Ordered after it the vegeterian dessert and it was as normally in such restaurant very good. And a great fin. For drinking. You can take a full wine or non alcoholic wine pairing. I made a mix. Both are great but especially the apple cider at the end for the dessert was worth to take the alcohol pairing. It's one of the best drinks I ever had. Really mind-blowing. Paid with a apéritif, 5 courses, and 50/50 non alcoholic and alcoholic wine pairing with water around 140€.
Non cheap but for the experience and quality you get definitely still fair priced. Think it will be more expensive if they get more attention in the future or maybe their first star in the next Guide Michelin edition which comes this year.
This restaurant is a bit hidden. Watch the green B outside to find it.
