Good place for the area - Edit
They had 2 vegan cakes (chocolate and banana) and a vegan muffin. There also seems to be a vegan date bar, which had already sold out. About 20% of their sweet options were vegan. They offered 4 different plantbased milks (oat, soy, almond, and coconut - all costing a surplus).

The coffee tasted ok, maybe even good and the cake was tasty.
Nice service, cozy interior. Would come back, if in the area.

No Vegan Sandwiches - Edit
Small cafe with huge windows. Helpful and friendly staff. The music was Chill/uplifting pop/rnb, which I found very fitting and nice.
Read moreI had the müslischüssel and it was tasty. My cappuccino was also tasty.
A big downside was there were no vegan sandwiches and in general not that many vegan options.

Teilweise viel los aber die veganen Frühstücksmöglichkeiten sind super. Das Bananenbrot war trocken aber geschmacklich ist es gesamt gut gewesen.

Nice café in Mitte close to Anhalter Bahnhof - Edit
Good option if you are close to Anhalter Bahnhof. The coffee is good (they have plant based milk, but you have to pay extra for it), they have natural juices and smoothies, a vegan chocolate cake is normally there and sometimes there's also vegan banana bread. They also offer a vegan dates bar and a sandwich with hummus and vegetables.
