Fast food but yet healthy - Edit
Fast food but yet healthy. You can choose between pita and salad (wth the same falafel and hummus base) but top and personalize the plate as wished with all the salad toppings they offer.
Read moreWe ordered the full menu (with fried) and it was quite s huge amount of food. Would not recommend getting the fries if you are not that hungry.

Delicious falafel - Edit
I had the falafel, which was very tasty! I liked that you can choose your own "toppings", tough the space in the falafel is limited of course.

High quality fast food! - Edit
The perfect option for a quick, cheap and healthy meal out! I had the falafel and the mushroom shawarma, both were excellent.
Read moreI really appreciated the fact you could build your own sandwich with the wide range of veggies and that all the sauces provided were dairy free. The service was great and there’s a nice area to sit overlooking the canals.

Great falafel and so easy to navigate - Edit
What could be simpler than fresh, crispy falafel stuffed into a pita and covered with whatever fresh ingredients I pick from a flowing topping bar? And add French fries with a sauce of my choosing? Curry, please! Perfection! 👌🏼

I liked the buffet and the sauces.

What I didn’t like is that you get only disposable dishes and cutlery.

Good and cheap food - Edit
I had the salad bowl. After receiving the bowl with some lettuce and the ordered ingredients (I had eggplant and falafel), you can put more salad on it from an open buffet. Since you can pick what you like by yourself it is tasty and the prices were cheap. The staff was a bit busy but to be fair there were a lot of people when we went there and still the staff remained polite and friendly. If you want to have something in your stomach without going to some expensive restaurant overspending a lot (especially in Amsterdam), then I can clearly recommend this place.

Great food but rude staff - Edit
Honestly some of the best food we had through our visit even with the service being quite poor.
Read moreOne of the servers whipped his dishcloth a bit too close to us when we hadn’t finished our food fast enough?
We had the falafel with fries a couple times and were sad we couldn’t stop off again before we left!
Pros: Ironically the best fries next door “No.1 fries”
Cons: Really rude staff

Perfect for a snack - Edit
You can fill your pita yourself, what I really like. So you can put just the stuff you like in there. I took the one with eggplant and it was so delicious. Everything is vegan here. Also the fries are really nice.

The mushroom pita was nice, but the fries were not that good and the cashier was unfriendly. Not really a cosy place either.

Delicious falafel - Edit
I didn't have to wait long for a fresh falafel. The pita bread was very tasty. You can choose which toppings and sauces you want. The staff is friendly. The only downside is that you don't get a plate.

Literally saved my life besties - Edit
Okay, so the title for my review is ofc a joke, I don't know the employees nor did they 'literally' save my life. However, after a tremendously straining journey on night trains, I've been looking for a fully vegan place near the train station, that's open after the New Year's Eve - and this turned out to be the only choice in walkable distance to fulfill this criteria.
Read moreThe place was bustling with life and the workers were under a lot of pressure, but managing it gracefully (though, I certainly don't envy them). The falafel was very very tasty, the only downside for me was that I couldn't fit all of the many many condiments in the pita haha! The struggle to choose...
Also, while I like the salad bar concept, it *does* however feel strange to be touching the same instruments as possibly dozens or hundreds of tourists, and then eating with those same hands, though of course in a hectic environment that is kept clean to the best of the employees' abilities.

Just ok - Edit
Falafel pitas were decent. Falafel was cooked well & lots of toppings to choose from. Price point was good, but the sign explaining how to order was not very clear. They were kinda rude when we asked about the ordering process. I would understand if they were super busy & we were holding up the line, but that was not the case. Another customer who said he’s been there before saw us struggling & jumped in to tell us how it worked which was nice.

best vegan “fast” food - Edit
I’ve been there a few times and it’s always amazing!! I’d recommend the pita with falafel and hummus or mushroom shawarma. The garlic sauce is also extremely good. They give you your pita and you can fill it yourself:)

Lovely food - Edit
Quick and easy and cheap compared go alot of food places in Amsterdam. You can choose a filling falafel, eggplant, houmous etc and then fill it with as much salad as you like. Lots of salad and sauce options. The only problem is trying to eat it once you've filled it full.

Maoz had the best fries & a really good hummus pita. At first I was skeptical the pita only had hummus & lettuce but it was really good! Fast food but healthier.
