Incredible birthday dinner!

I came here for a birthday dinner and was most impressed with the excellent service I received and the vegan food options on offer. Beforehand, I was in constant contact with the manager Antonela about vegan food options and ensuring that I had an excellent dining experience which I did!
First of all, the setting is beautiful looking onto the beach and ocean. The servers were attentive and friendly. I had preordered my starter, main and dessert.
Highly recommend the generous portioned starter The Aegean Trilogy- consisted of red pepper dip, baba ganoush, hummus and pita. Absolutely divine! I enjoyed a freshly prepared Tropical juice.
As for the main, cauliflower steak on avocado mousse with rice and beans. Satisfying and delicious.
As for the dessert, so glad that I ordered the pineapple sous vide ( other option grilled plantain) as the creamy sauce was so yummy with the pineapple.
It was my last dinner on Holbox and so memorable. Highly recommended for excellent service and vegan food!

Echt heerlijk geluncht!

De bloemkool taco's zijn de lekkerste taco's die ik tot nu toe gegeten heb! Echt heerlijk! Mijn vrouw had de pita met falafel en zij heeft ook genoten!
Met je voeten in het zand op een prachtig strand met een fenomenaal uitzicht!

Pros: Goede service, werd specifiek gevraagd naar vegan, De entourage is fantastisch, Het eten was echt heerlijk

Lovely vegan options

Great hummus and pita, and veg cooked on the fire (get without the aioli). Great cauliflower steak and a few other easily veganizable options.
