Good vegan sushi in buffet

Vegan sushi in buffet with fake salmon. A worker showed me the package for it when I wad asked. Also basic vegan sushis with tofu, cucumber and avocado. The buffet Also had a chinese tofu dish and a noodle dish in buffet.
