Ok sushi. Bad Ramen - Edit
A mixed restaurant with veggie/vegan options clearly marked. The sushi was fine (though very little pickled ginger alongside). The vegan ramen though was poor. The “broth” was little more than water & soy sauce poured on fried onions. As tasteless as it sounds. The tofu accompaniment was fine - but dry. All in all not a great experience.

Nice sushi option in the area - Edit
Sushi restaurant in Bonn's Südstadt. Has a large menu with clearly marked vegan options with a good selection of different vegan sushi going beyond just Maki rolls. A personal highlight of the restaurant is the outdoor courtyard which offers pretty and calm outdoor seating. Makes for a nice dinner location when eating with non-vegans!
