Incredible Melon Pan - Edit
As described by others, you can find this bakery on the 3F in the Atrien Department Store. I had difficulty finding it - for anyone who's looking for it: (1) find the soup shop that also has vegan options on the same floor close to the two-level escalator, (2) enter the Atrien Department Store opposite of the soup shop and turn left to find the bakery.
Read moreI could only find a vegan label on the melon pan and can there only talk about this single item. It was delicous and clearly freshly made. The price was 400 Yen per piece which seemed an okay price for me - especially knowing it's such a delight to eat.
I hope they offer more vegan pastry the next time I visit.

Yummy vegan Melon pan - Edit
Just a few vegan options ( Melon pan -framboise and vanilla ) and a couple of breads. But lovely to have a vegan version of this famous Japan treat!
