Beautiful and delicious! - Edit
Try the veggie burger. They make it in house and it's awesome. The chipotle sauce is awesome as well but very spicy. I suggest getting it on the side! They sell kombucha in the store inside th cafe and it's AWESOME. The staff was friendly and lots of options. 😍

Best veggie burger - Edit
Homemade veggie burger was absolutely delish!!!! Most veggie burgers are mushy... this was not, but still full of flavor!!!
Read moreMy wife had the Macro Plate - the kale was marinated and delicious!!
We had chips and salsa which were good... and ventured to try the seed cheese appetizer... which was ok. It reminded me of a sunflower seed butter, and was served with apples.
The setting is unlike any other. Babbling brooks are heard when sitting outside, and the garden views are stunning.
All in all the best vegan option in the Panama City area so far to date!!!

Panama City beach's hidden plant based gem - Edit
Amazing food and service. 90% meals vegan. Kale avocado salad and rice and beans were out of this world. Fresh and cooked perfectly. Raw brownie was good too. Cute place with yoga and a little store. Friendly fast and yummy

Great Place!!!!! - Edit
I recently visited PCB from Atlanta. We found Lotus Cafe on Happy Cow and I'm glad we did!!!!! We are a vegan family so it was a real treat to find delicious vegan food in a "food desert". The food was fresh, flavorful and very delicious. They had both raw and cooked vegan items. It is truly a hidden gem with lots of lush vegetation and fountains. It was a very calming, peaceful atmosphere. I could've stayed there all day just basking in the rejuvenating energy of the space and the staff. Speaking of the staff, they were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about their menu and services. Love, Love, Love this place!!!!!

Diamond in the rough! - Edit
Every year I come to Panama City Beach for Ironman florida and have to settle for make shift vegetarian meals from the grocery story. But, this year I discovered this great place on Happy Cow! The service is excellent; happy, helpful, and efficient. And the wrap I had was so delicious, I could taste the fresh, organic ingredients. And the green tea and raw chocolate were a nice end to my meal. :) I will definitely make this place a non negotiable stop on all my future trips here.

An oasis if a land barren of vegan options - Edit
I've now had lunch here 3 days in a row while on a trip to Panama City Beach, FL. There is a distinct lack of vegan options here so I am pleased to say this is a nice little spot to stop into for a bite to eat or a juice. The staff is very nice and helpful. I've had their housemade veggie burger (twice) and their curry dish - both were excellent. We've also tried the hummus appetizer as well as the tabouli (made with quinoa)- again, both were very good. I may just eat here again before we leave...

heaven in Panama City Beach - Edit
If you are reading this, you are probably aware of the dearth of places to get fresh, wholesome vegetarian food in PCB. After years of visiting PCB, and settling for any crummy restaurant that may have veg pasta or pizza, I have found the place I have been looking for. This is a true oasis from the so-so seafood places and tourist traps in the area. I have tried the veggie burger, veggie sandwich, hummus, vegan cheese, tzaziki dip, and Good Green smoothie. Everything is tasty, fresh, and house-made! My friend got the house-made chai! I like sitting outside by the tranquil garden and lily pond. There is also a full juice and smoothie bar, and a small organic market. If you are like me, this place will blow your mind and you will visit every time you're in PCB. If you are looking for a fantastic vegetarian-friendly alternative in PCB, this is it.

JOY!!! - Edit
I was not sure if I'd survive Panama City Beach- being the finicky vegan that I am. Lotus Cafe has a great menu- the kale/avocado/ginger salad was filling and delicious. I also had a GREAT glass of fresh vegetable juice. I was able to purchase agave nectar and I hope to go back soon and buy organic produce. The setting is just beautiful and the staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.
