The taco tortilla is cooked in pork fat. Maybe the only vegan option is chips and salsa.

Veggie tacos are excellent if you delete the cheese and white sauce - Edit
Veggie tacos are made with Brussels sprouts, sweet potato, etc and are excellent if you delete the cheese and mayo based white sauce.

I wish there were more options...
AVOID the rice and beans. I verified with the owner that the rice rice and beans are cooked with chicken stock. I've tried to convince him that they could be excellent with a veggie stock but he's not convinced yet

Walked in and started to order by saying I was vegan. “Our stuff’s not really vegan,” I was told. The rice has butter. I walked out.

Great veggie tacos! - Edit
Even though I don't like sweet potatoes, the veggies tacos were so flavorful I didn't mind. Sauce is mayo based and they asked without me saying anything which was nice.

I was really pleased with the veggie taco! The two I got were very filling, however the sauce is mayo based…the guy described it as being like yum yum sauce. Needless to say, I left that off lol my tacos were really good without it! The tacos also come with cheese, which also obviously got removed

Juan is a great guy who makes great tacos. He gives vegans a (joking) hard time but takes good care of us. The veggie taco option is vegan- beans, rice and sauce are all verified with owner and kitchen that they are vegan. They are a special kind of taco- unlike any others I’ve had. Hearty veggies like brussel sprouts and an amazingly flavorful sauce. One of my favorite places local to eat.
