There's an actual secret "vegetable burrito" menu item that they see on their side of the register, if you don't want spend $20 modifying the bean and cheese burrito until you like it. And it's really good. Try it with guac, spinach, fajitas and peppers, portabello. Price does seem to change depending on who's running the till though.
