Few but delicious vegan options

I swing through here occasionally for the tofu sandwich, packed with veggies on a baguette. It’s good and the bread is great.
Today I checked out the baked goods for the first time. They had two vegan options and I went with the large ‘Applesauce Oatie’ cookie. I loved it, it filled the craving I was having 🍪 ❤️

Never eaten here

I’ve bought bread and tofu sandwiches for my husband, and gotten coffee (from help yourself carafes) to sit outside while meeting someone. But I’ve never been able to eat here since I’m vegan and GF. They haven’t ever had a gluten free option. It’s a really cute spot though. Always busy, lots of local traffic very committed to them. And they are active in the community making donations for local events.

Pros: Homemade local goods, Comfy environment, Parking

Cons: Nothing gluten free

Cute pit stop

Not a ton of options. We didn’t go there for a meal but I saw the menu and looked like they had a couple of vegan food options. I had an oat milk hot chocolate and an oatmeal raisin cookie that was divine! All the breads looked mouthwatering too

Yummy

Cute place. I got the vegan tofu sandwich and non vegan stuffed french toast.
Both were tasty.
You can build your own sandwich too.

Delicious food, great service

Awesome little spot to stop for a sandwich. Ordered over the phone to pick up and the person taking my order recognized I was vegan based off of my sandwich and said that the croissants, focaccia, ciabatta, and ciabattina are not vegan but all of the other breads are.

Pros: Staff knowledgeable of vegan options , Variety of vegan toppings, Fresh ingredients

Cons: Non vegan, could always have more vegan options

Vegan Choice abound in a great setting

This place is never not busy. We learned from regulars there never is a slow time. Having said that, the staff were efficient and helpful and waits were short and plenty of self-served seating was available, with staff bringing your food out that was ordered at the countered.
This is not a vegan-only destination, but it has three vegan choices for sandwiches already made including marinated tofu and a mixed veggie option. We chose, instead, to do a build-your-own sandwich and each of us had a fantastic, tasty item. Mine included marinated tofu and roasted apples. The employee queried you about each layer: she's offer the choices then you'd select. The setting is an old fashioned beach house with indoor and outdoor seating. It's lovely and the food was delicious.

Pros: All-day flexible hours, Delicious fresh food, Flexible offerings - build your own

Cons: No cons
