New permanent brick and mortar location. Located upstairs inside The Gallery Shopping Arcade, on The Shambles. Serves house made plant-based sushi, in addition to a small selection of rolls, bowls and other sushi items, such as mock duck rice/bowl, smoked tofu rice/bowl, garlicky sweet potato rice/bowl, a sesame seasoned seaweed salad, inari pockets and edamame. (Please note: Has no lift/elevator, or aided access to the first floor (second floor US English) only a set of stairs, meaning it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Open Wed-Thu 12:00-16:00, Fri-Sat 11:00-17:00. Can close intermittently for events.
