Near the river, on the edge of District 1, my only meal here so far has been the Bun Rieu noodle soup, which I decided to give another go - after never having had good experiences with previously. If you like the tangy quality of this traditional dish, go for it! The quality is certainly very good, albeit only a little more "pricey" than elsewhere. The menu is quite extensive and the service and decor is not really warm and cosy; rather it has a very upscale vibe to it. The place describes itself as a bistro, obviously.

We came here for lunch without a reservation. The restaurant looks very nice and offers a menu with a great selection of food and drink at a reasonable price. Only managed to take a photo of our starter as we got distracted by the delicious mains. Would highly recommend!

Nice place but a bit pricy and taste ok - Edit
The place is beautiful nice ambience, good service and being so central the price reflect this. I had a nice pho but quite overpriced , the taste was ok but it wasn't the best I had during my trip in Vietnam, also usually a glass of ice water or green tea is usually offered with almost most eating places but it wasn't the case here.
