Raman-licious! - Edit
My last day in Saigon, so after a morning at the Natural History Museum I opened up the Happy Cow app and I found this place just a short walk away with great reviews.
Read moreAlong a back alley I walked, and there it was, a beautiful minimalistic, light and bright Japanese ramen eatery amongst the mix of Vietnamese homes and businesses. It is air-conditioned so a welcome respite from the heat of the day.
There's 5 options on the menu to choose from, along with several drinks. I chose the Spicy Shoyu Udon and the Matcha Latte with plant milk. The staff were very lovely and friendly, and spoke enough English to make ordering simple and straightforward.
This bowl of deliciousness was so tasty, and that broth! Yum!. The matcha latte is the best I've had in Vietnam so far. Both of these came to about $6 (Australian)
Definitely recommend a visit if you're a lover of Japanese food, or looking for something different to the usual Vietnamese options.

Yummy! - Edit
I ordered the hazelnut coffee and tamago ramen via Grab, so I can't speak for the atmosphere of the establishment itself, but wow, the food! The ramen broth arrived piping hot at my hostel, which is rare for delivery. Normally, I don't finish the broth when I have ramen, but this one? I practically poured it down my throat. It was that good. And the hazelnut coffee? Chef's kiss. Perfection may not exist... but if it did, it would taste a lot like this hazelnut coffee and ramen combo.

Vegan Japanese! - Edit
Outstanding. Super delicious. Just simply brilliant vegan Japanese dishes. I will return again and again and again. Great to see more variety in Saigon for vegans and Vegetarians.
Read moreI liked their herbal cola. Very unique.
Vegans be careful, they use eggs in some dishes and dairy in some drinks.
