Major letdown in every aspect - Edit
Practically every course was either way too salty (sometimes unbearably so), or just really bland. The wait between each course was insufferable: after 1 hour we had only gotten to the first one, and the total experience lasted no less than 3h30 (all of that on a rather uncomfortable chair). For the final course we were asked if we wanted to have a little break before it (lol) or if we wanted to have it "straight away", which we obviously opted for. It took 30 minutes to arrive.

Compared to other vegan fine dining experiences with a similar price range (e.g. Gauthier Soho in London), this was a major letdown: the food, the environment, the attention, the professionalism and the overall quality definitely did not live up to our expectations and were not worth the price (~100€/person).
I will say though the desserts were quite nice (violet ice cream, lemon cheesecake).

Came here with my colleagues, we booked the menu with 10 courses. The staff was lovely and did explain everything. The food is extraordinary and tasty. What I also appreciated was the big selection of interesting non-alcoholic drinks. Of course the price is higher, but you pay for a truly exceptional experience with very, very tasty vegan food.

Very nice atmosphere, service started off fantastic when restaurant was empty, but dropped off considerably once it got busy (on a Wednesday night it was packed). Vegetable forward food, but for our tastes, a bit pricey for the actual food. We tried the Bao buns (my favorite), oyster mushroom tacos wirh kimchi, and artichoke with tomatoes. Tapas style allows tasting of multiple dishes. Servers describe each dish which is a nice touch, just that everything we had would not seek out again (at the prices charged). Each table has a flask of vodka that is free to drink.

If you want to experience fine dining but don’t want to spend a total fortune this is the place. It’s all very chic, the staff really knows it all about the menu. The food is simply amazing you can try so many different things, since they have a tapas kinda menu. One of the best vegan experiences I’ve ever had.

I'll start with the good: the courses were full of fresh ingredients that balanced each other well. All of the combinations were so creative and flavorful! This was my first time doing fine dining, and I was expecting the portions to be so small but for a ten course meal, they were surprisingly big and very filling! Some highlights for me were the whipped herb-y butter (so rich and creamy), the ramen bowls, the dumplings with some kind of gingery paste filling, and the chai foam with little cakes as one of the desserts. A really nice culinary experience overall.
Read moreThe downside was that the pacing of courses was off. I had read reviews (and the waiter also mentioned) that they are quick to replace courses when you finish. But we found it to be the opposite, we waited for long periods of time in-between courses and were quite tired by the end and honestly just wanted to leave while we still had a few courses left (our entire meal took 3.5 hours). It seems like this may be because we chose the 7:30 seating. There were people who came at 8 or 8:30 who caught up to us in courses by the end. Perhaps if we had come earlier or later, we wouldn't have spent so much time there.

THE SERVICE:
deserves 5 from 5 stars! I was asked if I wanted the light or heavy breakfast, I decided to choose the heavy. I could not decide rather to start with the salty or sweet dishes first… so she recommended to surprise me with dishes one by one and if I liked it, I could just say so and order it again! PERFECT! Also! I never had to wait or ask for more food, it was noticed by the staff and I immediately received the next dish as I finished the last!
Although! I was recently told, it now serves an open buffet.
THE FOOD:
Literally everything… everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented! From the soup, to the fresh bread and pesto, all the way to the French toast and porridge; absolutely fantastic!
COSTS:
about 26€ per person for the full heavy breakfast offer. If you ask me, it was worth every single cent!
ENVIRONMENT/ATMOSPHERE:
As you will see through my pictures, the restaurant offered a spacious and clean view. Creative pictures and paintings as well as nice tables and decoration filled the room.
I do however recommend eating indoors! I saw how guests were annoyed outside with all the wasps that also wanted a taste of that delicious food. :)
All in all, I can say that this place flawlessly delivered at a high quality standard.

So many good things to say about our dinner here but some disappointments. We travel a lot and try to find these dining experiences at least once per trip. It's always a treat! We found the atmosphere to be great - very busy but not too loud. Service was extremely friendly and they did a great job translating complicated dishes to English. That said, some courses were brought out before the previous round had been finished and/or cleared which was a bit sloppy for this level of dining. The 10 course meal was good, the right amount of food, and well-balanced but some dishes seemed to be missing a sauce or lacking salt while others were excellent. Few dishes "wow'd" us though, which we were expecting. Overall it was a great experience but far from perfect. Cheers!

A fine dining experience that I’m very happy I could experience. I made a reservation and when I entered I was immediately by welcomed by very friendly staff. They explained the concept and the food 🍱 and gave very helpful tips finding the right drink.
Read moreI took the Riesling from Leuchtendroter which turned out to be a natural unfiltered wine 🍷 and they let me taste it beforehand to see if I like it. The food was incredible delicious, thoughtful and unusual and I could not think of what was better. The staff explained each course on ingredients or howbit was prepared.
If you come with 2 or more you can take the 10 course menu. I chose 3 courses and loved every bit of it. You get bottled water and I got a little free dessert 🍮 at the end.
The atmosphere is cozy and beautiful and the staff went out of their way to make sure everyone has a good time and knows what they’re doing and eating. The prices in fine dining are never cheap, but they were reasonable for the outstanding food and service you get.
There is outdoor seating and parking available.

Had this on my list for ages and finally went there yesterday with a friend. We took the whole menu and it was truly top notch. Definitely on the pricier side of things, but worth every cent. Every single course was so creative! I love that they use regional/seasonal products and don’t just try to veganize things but come up with highly individual dishes. Unbelievable experience, truly a MUST - Edit
I have been here twice and both times were, to be quite honest, magical. Food presentation was playful, creative, and simply beautiful. Each item was better than the last and kept me guessing. Using seasonal ingredients keeps the focus on the star vegetable, staying both simple and yet complex and surprising. Flavor combinations are varied, with many creative pairings I’ve never seen before. I am so impressed, what more is there to say? My ONLY complaint is that the two hour window was very tight, you don’t have much time for breaks or conversation if you order the whole menu.
