It is simply the best vegan bakery I’ve been to. The croissant was exactly what you want it to be. The cinnamon bread was a brioche (!) with cinnamon glaze. And the pastry was delicious.

Delicious hazelnut croissant - Edit
We were travelling through Lyon by train and found this spot at walking distance from the train station, so we decided to have lunch here. We had the sandwich of the moment, with carrot, courgette, chickpeas & lemon-oregano sauce, which was decent. We also had the quiche of the moment, with courgette & sundried tomatoes. The quiche filling was silky smooth & flavourful, so I really liked it even though the dough was very dry & crumbly (probably gluten-free/buckwheat). We also decided to try one of the pastries: "Florés", with coffee mousse, puffed rice crisps, dark chocolte ganache, hazelnut & coffee praliné & an almond-cacao cookie base. It was good, but rather buttery & didn't have as much flavour as I expected. The hazelnut croissant on the other hand was bursting with flavour & I really loved it. Would definitely return just for that one.

Delicious Quiche, Cakes and Pastries - Edit
We bought a sandwich, which was good, as well as pain au chocolat, croissants, some of the fancy chocolate cakes a cream filled bun and quiche. All of the sweet food was exquisite and the croissants were particularly excellent - but the quiche is hands down the best vegan quiche I've had and deserves major credit for that, award winningly good!

Les prix sont corrects, et surtout la propositions des plats est vraiment originale !! Ça change des mets vegans que l'on peut voir habituellement alors rien que pour ça il faut tester !
En plus il y a un système de carte fidélité ce qui est vraiment top !!

Beautiful and delicious croissants and baked goods. We got four things a flat white and there were a few hits and misses. The hits were the chocolate croissant and the regular croissant. We also got a chocolate brioche and an apple strudel and they were OK. I would try a different coffee drink next time.

I had the tartelette crémeux mandarine meringue which was delicious. The crunch of the crust was perfect, and it was super tasty. I also got a vegan croissant and vegan Madeleine to take away and they were both delicious as well. The croissant tasted like a traditional croissant, with perfect texture and crunch. The Madeleine was less dry than traditional ones, which made it way tastier! I enjoyed staying at this cozy place for an hour while journaling. Chill vibes, I'll be back!

Such a life-saver! I was looking for some savoury food, but most of the places either stop serving those options early or are closed at this time. Here I still found a delicious soup, sandwiches, a salad and quiche. I tried the quiche and the soup and both were amazing. Super sweet staff too!
