A wonderful experience

We had miso soup as starters and the sushi boat. Both were amazing and chef was very kind. The boat was MASSIVE and included tempura as well!! Make sure to come here super hungry, as the boat had so much sushi for the price point (only 44e).

Pros: All vegan, Large portion sizes , Creative and tasty sushi

Surpresa maravilhosa

Best Vegan sushi in Lisbon

It was the best sushi I had in Lisbon.
The variety of food was fantastic.
We ordered the Chef's tasting witch was composted of 3 appetizer dishes (a miso soup, a mushroom plate and four dumpling) a sushi boat and a pickle dish. In the end if you are still hungry you may order more, included in the order.
All was fantastic and very tasty.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Note: Chef's tasting may differ from time to time.

Great sushi

Whilst the place itself looks like a small cafe, the food tastes high end.

The sushi boats are really varied and creative, with great flavours. It's expensive, but so worth it as a nice treat to share with family and friends. Great place to take people out to eat!

Unfortunately they had none of the menu desserts when we went, but they all sounded delicious :C ...I guess i'll just have to return to try them :D

Pros: Lovely staff, Great food, Creative (but yummy) flavours

Cons: Outdoor tables and chairs wobbly, Expensive

Great vegan sushi, very nice place

We had some nice silken and smoked tofu and edamame as entree and got some dimsum on the house. We choose the sushi bridge with 30 pieces. Which was enough for two adults and two kids. Very nice and hospitable owner. Best vegan diner we had during our trip in Portugal. Highly recommended!

Great moment. The owner was amazingly friendly and nice. The food was sooo good, from the starters to the deserts. The various sushis were tasty. I surely would recommend any vegan or non vegan to give it a try. Ate ja!

Best vegan sushi ever

We had the sushi bridge for two and it was absolutely amazing! They also gave us some edamame as a starter and some sweet sushi for dessert for free. Extraordinary sushi with a nice presentation.

Ok, reviews didn’t lie! Amazing!!

We loved it! The Maki roll was truly one of the best ever!
Service was excellent and the location was easy. Miso soup a must! Only 1 small beet available but beer being delivered. Presentation was brilliant! We ordered the boat for 1 and was just enough with the extra roll.

****Went back second time and just as happy!! Please don’t miss this food! Chef is creative and service is great!!! Stuffed for the second time! Sangria was excellent.

Pros: Presentation, Flavor, Staff

Cons: We didn’t order enough , Limited outside seating and was quite warm inside

Would die happy

If this was my last meal on earth I would die the happiest person. Being half Japanese and loving my sushi I was amazed at the creativity shown and it’s presentation on the plate. Certainly feasted with the eyes first and was definitely backed up by the taste. 11/10 recommend- you will not regret it. The chef even threw in a few free plates including gyoza and a sweet sushi dish to end! oh and also has great service and a selection of wine/ beer etc 🙏

Pros: Creative inspiring food, Great service, Great selection

Cons: Only in Lisbon😒

Very creative and actually trying to come up with new stuff

Very nice staff, cheap (45€ for luxury plate, soup, special roll and appetizer for 2 people with water) and metres away from a great view of Lisbon.
We had the miso soup (best I've ever had, and I had loads), good mushroom teriyaki, chefs signature bridge with a surprising amount of asparagus.
You can't go wrong here, everything was at least a 6.5/10, usually 7.5 (which is good!)

Pros: Prices, Creativity, Friendliness

Cons: asparagus on the 'bridge', if you don't like it

Words won't make justice!

We decided to wait until the excitement and state of highness could cool down to write a more objective review about the place and our experience. But that never really happened. So here we go...
There are only a few moments in life where you come to experience pure, true passion and creativity - and this was 100% the case with Legumi. Starting with the presentation, continued by inovative use of ingredients, concluding in a spectacularly, sensually overwhelming explosion of flavours - not even mentionning the exceptional warmness and competence of the personell.
Every dish, every ingredient, every touch of every single dish unveiled what you can only call the work of an artist, thouroughly thought through until it's tinest detail, finding its way to us, accompanied with a genuine smile.
The place took us completely by surprise and we were totally blown away by all of it. We spent hours talking about this experience and it is abslutely frustrating not being able to put every bit of this incredible found into words and into this, but it is simply that we felt that this is a case where money is not enough and we felt we owe a close-to-truthful recollection of what we felt and tasted here.
As a little parenthesis, I am no vegan myself, my partner is, but for this place I could easily let go of the old, traditional ways of japenese food.
Thank you for everything - We hope that you will arrive where you are aiming at.

Pros: Amazin food, Warmth staff, Good prices

Best sushi I've ever had!

At the top of a lot of steep hills is this vegan gem! The food is reasonably priced and the sushi is the best I've ever had. Absolutely delicious. If you're in Lisbon and (vegan or not) you like sushi check this place out.

Pros: All vegan

Not very good at all

I hate to leave a negative review especially for a fully vegan restaurant, but I had very high hopes for this place because of the HappyCow reviews, and don’t want others to be let down. This was the worst vegan sushi I’ve ever had (sorry). I ordered the all you can eat which was a huge mistake. I could only eat a few bites and had to stop bc I thought I would be sick. The miso soup was good, but this meal was definitely a waste of money and food.

Pros: All vegan restaurant, Kind staff

Cons: Meal was not good

Best sushi ever!

This is the most creative sushi I've ever seen or tasted. I recommend ordering the all-you-can-eat tasting menu and see how many different types of sushi the chef can come up with. The staff are all very friendly, too. You can find my full review on my website: https://www.thenomadicvegan.com/vegan-lisbon-best-vegan-restaurants/

Pros: creative sushi, friendly staff, vegan wine

Cons: None!
