I ordered sushi from this place. The food was underwhelming, expensive and made me ill. I so badly wanted to be able to support this place but won’t be going back or ordering again.

I’ve been to this restaurant several times and always found the food absolutely delicious — without a doubt, the best vegan sushi in the city. The creativity of the dishes, the freshness of the ingredients, and the care in presentation are top-notch. From a culinary standpoint, it’s an outstanding experience.

However, my last visit was deeply unsettling — almost dystopian. During dinner, a staff member approached our table several times and openly encouraged us to vote for a far-r!ght political party. The employee was persistent, almost cult-like, as if we were being targeted for ideological conversion. We were stunned.

What made it even more surreal is that the restaurant is run by migrants — and promotes a vegan concept, which is supposedly rooted in respect for life and opposition to exploitation. To hear that kind of hate-filled discourse in such a setting is wildly contradictory.

The atmosphere turned uncomfortable. Our group felt disturbed, and the mood was completely ruined. As good as the food is, I won’t be going back.

A dining experience should be free from ideological pressure — and, above all, consistent with basic values of respect.
Please boycott this restaurant. There are plenty of other places where you can eat well without having to silence your conscience.

Fui a este restaurante várias vezes e sempre considerei a comida absolutamente deliciosa — sem dúvida o melhor restaurante de sushi vegan da cidade.

No entanto, o meu último jantar foi absolutamente distópico. Durante o jantar, uma funcionária aproximou-se várias vezes da nossa mesa para nos incentivar abertamente a votar num partido de extrema-d!re!ta (cujo o nome não merece ser pronunciado mas começa por 'C'. Já estão a ver qual é). O tom era insistente, quase doutrinário, como se estivéssemos a ser alvos de uma tentativa de conversão ideológica. Ficámos incrédulos.

O mais surreal é que o restaurante é gerido por pessoas migrantes — e que promove o conceito vegan, baseado no respeito pela vida e pelo fim da exploração. Ver este discurso ser acompanhado de mensagens de intolerância e ódio contradiz tudo o que o restaurante deveria defender.

O ambiente ficou pesado e o nosso grupo sentiu-se desconfortável. Por melhor que seja a comida, infelizmente não volto a ir lá.

Uma simples ida a um restaurante deve ser livre de pressões ideologicas. Por favor façam boicote!
