Best vegan airport food (outside of the UK). - Edit
Only one option (hence 3 stars) BUT it’s really tasty. It’s a vegan bowl with rice, quinoa, tofu, veg and a PEANUT sauce. Served cold. Good size portion.

Best vegan option around - Edit
After checking the restaurants in gates D and E I can say that this place has the best vegan options by far. It had at least three options in the menu (vegan bowl, burger and udon soup), and they know the difference between vegan and vegetarian.
Read moreI went for the bowl and was positively surprised. It was filling, flavourful and fresh. A little expensive (23$), but everything in the airport is.
In addition the waitress was super nice.

The vegan bowl is fresh, flavorful generously-sized. Service was good.
Read moreSure, there's only really one vegan menu item, and it's overpriced, and the pineapple chunks were wholly gratuitous, and the side order of edamame was overcooked. But who am I kidding? It was the best option I could find in terminal 1, and I left satisfied.

Only decent vegan option in T1 - Edit
There's only one vegan item on the menu - a bowl - but it's really good and the other restaurants don't really have anything. Only other option is Subway.
