A great place for an intimate occasion (worth 5 stars)

I came here and had one of the best food experiences I've had in Sydney. Had the set menu which they made vegan for me, and they were so thoughtful with their wine paintings.

Flavours were delightful and I was definitely full by the end

Innovative, fresh ideas, maybe worth 5 stars

I've had dosas, curries, and momos, but this place showed me some dishes that I wouldn't really categorize as Indian if I hadn't eaten them at an Indian restaurant. No butter chicken or tikka masala on their menu. The momos in curry sauce taste amazing, though the sauce came a bit cold, and the dosa had a perfectly crisp texture with a cheesy filling just with potatoes - my partner's new favorite Indian dish apparently. The noodles had many spices that I enjoyed traveling through, even though you might just say it's something like curried noodles. Not too crazy about the spicy cauliflower, but I'll probably come back to try the beans. I don't think they have vegan desserts, and the tiny serving hall barely fits 20 people, so I'd suggest you either arrive early or make a reservation beforehand. Great view, though, perfect for a romantic date and a walk!

You're right. Anything that sells meat can't get 5 stars here anyway, but I meant that the food tasted really good.
