Delicious drinks and food - Edit
I tried the taro latte on my first visit. It was delicious. I came back as I wanted to try the firecracker bagel. It was generously topped and tasted great. I also had the dirty ballsy tea. The vanilla custard was perfect.

great food, great drinks - Edit
I got the bagel and hot chocolate deal and must say it's fantastic value. The salt bush hot chocolate is the best hot chocolate I've had in Sydney and the bagel was packed full of flavour, yet also well balanced at the same time.

Will be coming back for more - Edit
I first heard about this place from my sister and after been to Melbourne’s first plant based bubble tea place, I must go to Sydney’s first plant based bubble tea place! 😁 I had the Oh Strawbs This Matcha, Maple Apple Matcha and the Breakfast Toastie. Drinks were refreshing, the matcha was earthy and the maple apple flavour was a great twist. The breakfast toastie was delicious 😋

Came back to try another 2 drinks and the matcha ube-licious was a delicious hit because pandan was in it! “Ham” flavoured lovers will love their tasty Ploughman’s Toastie.

This place is a bit of a hidden gem with tasty food and drinks and a view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge to boot.
Read moreThe beetroot bagel is simply scrumptious and I could eat a tub of the beetroot hummus by itself.
The bubble teas are also delicious and not too sweet. They really know their stuff and it was great to hear about their weird and wonderful ingredients.

Old school toasties & bubble tea with amazing view - Edit
Loved the traditional ham & cheese toastie, big fat bread that was filling and satisfying with lots of gooey cheese. It was a cold day so I had the hot bubble tea which has chewy balls, delicious and almost like a meal on its own my friend had the Potato & Leek soup with cheesy toast dippers. Beware there is no indoor seating and it was freezing outdoors when we went so we took our meal over to the shopping centre across the road where there are lots of chairs and tables. In summer it'll be a lovely spot to sit with great city views.

Great toasties, pretty good bubble tea - Edit
My husband and I really loved their sandwiches, I hope they keep these as permanent options and expand this section, but the tea combos taste pretty good too, and you get a great view of the Harbor Bridge. Bubble tea never really caught my attention, but I used to drink them a while back, so maybe the nostalgia of it allures me more than the taste or texture. Here, everything seems made from scratch and might take a while longer to make than you'd expect, the bubbles are chewy, not the ones that pop, just a heads up. I see all of this as a healthier alternative, less processed, and the staff does literally go out of their way to serve you: they bring your order all the way to you from outside the venu, since they do not currently offer table service. Highly recommend the kimchi toastie and the eggnog drink, though it's probably a seasonal offer.
Read morePros: Great toasties, Large tea drink variety, Great view
Cons: Maybe they could have the bubbles that pop, Maybe pre-make some mixtures to reduce server time
