Something Special - Edit
Really exceptional croissants. Completely delicious. My friend and I shared a croissant sandwich “CROQUE MONSIEUR CROISSANT” , the tofu chimichurri bowl, a curry empanada, a beef empanada, a pain au chocolat, and a pecan croissant thing.
Read moreI loved the croissant sandwich. It was delicious and will be something I think about for a while. I’d definitely recommend getting this or one of the other croissant sandwiches.
The empanadas were great. My friend and I both preferred the curry empanada. It was fun. Every bite was tasty. The beef empanada was good as well, but every bite was pretty similar.
The chimichurri bowl was good, but nothing special. The rice and kale were perfectly prepared. The tofu was a bit boring, and the chimichurri sauce just tasted like a normal vinaigrette. Def enjoyed this dish, but compared to the other stuff we got it wasn’t anything great.
The people who work here are really nice. Good atmosphere. Decor is pretty corny, but yeah nice temperature and comfortable layout for the size of the space.

Intense baked goods - Edit
Went to the original location and the new one at Julia & Henry. Sweet croissants are intense, lots of flavor from filling and toppings. Also tried the croque m* brunch sandwich and oatmilk latte with the best vegan whipped cream...holds up on top of hot liquid and great flavor.

Horrible customer service - Edit
When I walked in I really wanted to come back with my kids, everything looked so great and delicious. I don't think I will be recommending this bakery to anybody because of the customer service. They want you to take your goodies and get the heck out of there fast. Even though most of tables are empty, they dont want you there after your pickup your order. You need to go.
Read morePros: Looks great and it's all vegan, tastes good
Cons: They make you feel unwelcommed, even if you order a pastry or a beverage you can't, you can't stay unless you order a meal at the tabl

Wonderful vegan spot - Edit
There are many great vegan bakeries around, but one that stands out for its deliciousness, creativity, and commitment to using high-quality ingredients is a vegan bakery in Coral Gables. The bakery creates vegan croissants that are both delicious and visually appealing.

So,so good. - Edit
We were walking back to our car after dinner in Coral Gables, Giralda street. We discovered this little gem and we were gladly surprised it was a vegan patisserie!. We entered the cafe asking if they had any vegan options, since the sweets and pastries looked amazing and to our surprise everything is vegan there! The person attending the customers was really nice, the place looked impeccable, and pastries and croissants were delicious. They have many options: sandwiches, empanadas, flat bread, soups and delicious pastries, macaron and amazing croissants. The smartest thing to do, in my humble opinion, was not to advertise it as a vegan cafe because people are still skeptical about vegan restaurants. However, once you get inside and see how delicious everything is and is all Plant based, you're willing to give it a try we loved it!...a bit overpriced though.

Undeniably phenomenal - Edit
This place was so good we ate here three times in a row😂 I love how the restaurant is decorated, that it’s 100% vegan, and our waitress Catherine was such a joy! I came with family so I got to try a good portion of their menu;
Read moreThe Pain Perdu (French toast) was soo delicious (layered flavors! Ice cream? Compote? AND pecan streusel?🤤) that after trying mine everyone else at the table ordered one! Same goes for the Guava & Cream Cheese Danish (we ordered these on their website to be shipped to us after eating them at the restaurant!)
The Chimichurri Bowl was phenomenal and had intricate flavors, and the Croque Monsieur and Impossible croissants were both mouthwatering
The Wild Mushrooms Croissant was okay to me, and I ended up swapping the Pancakes (they had a gummy consistency in my opinion) I ordered, for French Toast instead
Overall 10/10 experience Can’t wait to go back and eat through the whole menu😆
Pros: Incredible flavors, completely vegan, Awesome service, Beautiful location and interior design
Cons: It’s only in Miami😆

A fun vegan bakery specializing in croissants. Nice selection of options, all well done, and a great lunch/brunch menu. Busy and popular, but rightfully so. Nice staff, the space is a bit small so either small groups or take your goods to go.

Lots of Changes, No Cake! - Edit
I love this place. I come here a lot, too much. So it goes without saying the food is delicious -and it is a real treat knowing you can eat everything when you’re vegan.
Read moreAt the end of December the place was closed for a few weeks, I think their oven broke. I was worried they would close down but they came back 😀 it’s not the same as it was though. They no longer sell petite gateaux- which was the main feature of a French bakery- and instead they had donuts. The donuts are great, but they’re not petite gateaux. I popped in early afternoon the other day and they didn’t have donuts either, just macaron and croissants, it’s a bit hit and miss what you might get on the sweet front.
They offer savory items too which they seem to have expanded s little.
You can’t sit outside any more
Pros: Everything is vegan, The food is delicious, Staff are friendly once you get their attention
Cons: What is available is hot and miss, No outside seating, Staff often ignore you for no apparent reason
