Read more- So honestly, this taste exactly like a non-vegan croissant. The flaky texture, the buttery flavor and even the slight crunch. The almond croissant filling was decent, I was expecting a bit more flavor but the crunch almonds on top was a nice touch. The blueberry cheesecake had all blueberry flavor but I tasted nothing remotely close to cheesecake. It pretty much tasted like blueberry jam on a croissant. The apricot and cheese same as the blueberry cheesecake, all fruit flavor and no cheese flavor. The nocciolata was spot on perfection no correction needed.
Other pastries got the strawberry lemon danish, and the morning bun
- Strawberry and lemon danish tasted exactly as it is named. It’s my second favorite. I honestly think the best part of this entire pastry is the lemon flavor it’s definitely real lemon not that concentrated stuff. The lemon flavor brought the strawberry flavor out and honestly was a phenomenal combo. No complaints just perfection.
- The morning bun is my favorite. It’s basically coffee crumb cake flavor without the crumb texture. Once again no complaints just perfection.
I also had an iced Americano black which was nice and strong; perfect pairing for all these sweet treats.

I had the Croque monsieur and it was really good and the apricot pistachio croissant for dessert. The croissants are amazing and you would not be able to tell it was vegan. So perfect. One negative thing is their espresso drinks. The machine looked rinky [censored] and could use an upgrade. I wasn’t impressed with the latte and especially the plant milk they use - Elmhurst. If it’s going to be a more expensive place, they need to upgrade the espresso machine and start serving Oatly. I had trouble finishing my oat milk latte. Everything else was amazing- the vibe of the place is lovely.

Not a fan of justegg, but everything else, the hashbrown, shiitake bacon, sausage patty and aioli on a croissant didn’t make me think twice about it. The herb roasted potatoes were perfect. JUST GO HERE!!! This gem is a real European bakery elevated to vegan, owned by a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef. I was blubbering like a baby looking at all the gorgeous vegan food on display - Croissants, macarons, gorgeous pastry like Mille feuille and more! Best croissant I’ve ever tasted, vegan or otherwise - perfectly flaky and so buttery. They have a full brunch menu with croissant sandwiches, empanadas, waffles and more. We tried the VTE croissant sandwich (HOW is this vegan?!! Sorcery!!), the Nocciolata, original croissant and pistachio macaron. All delicious. I will be dreaming about this place for many months to come! ❤️

There aren't any French vegan spots where I'm from, so it was awesome to find this place! My partner and I got the VTE and the Croque Monsieur Croissant with roasted potatoes. Both were really delicious. The croissants were just the right amount of sweet to pair with the savory sandwich fillings. My partner also got an iced Americano and he said it was the best one he's ever had.

This totally vegan French bakery checks all the boxes. We informed the service person that it was our first time there. She was happy to show us around and explain what the bakery was all about. My partner and I had breakfast here one morning and came back for takeout lunch the next day. The shop is bright and filled with natural light. The various croissants and other baked goods in the display case are works of art. For breakfast we both had a croissant and tofu scramble sandwich with a side of home fries. All was delicious. On the way out we couldn't resists getting a couple of croissants (1-almond and 1-Nutella) and some macarons to go!

Wow 🤩!! I was blown away the first time I walked into this cute bakery in north Miami Beach ; honestly is where French patisserie meets vegan perfection . The croissants 🥐 are just to die for , the muffins , some cookies , and also they have the imposible burger with a croissant bun that I haven’t tried yet but I’m so looking forward . I may be leaving Miami soon after 2 fantastic years and won’t miss a last visit before my departure. Love it love , a must folks !
