Best (vegan) tapas in Málaga - Edit
We visited this place twice on our trip (three girls, all vegan) as we were so impressed. It is one of those places that is amazing in itself and anyone would enjoy despite the fact that Spain generally does not cater well to vegans and some would probably be dubious about how traditional vegan tapas could possibly be. We enjoyed tasting tapas that felt relatively authentic without having to compromise our ethics at all. The Heura nuggets with the bbq/garlic dip are a must try as well as the vegan chorizo if you are feeling more adventurous!!
Read moreThe prices are also very good (under €30 for a meal for 3, no alcohol) and the staff are so lovely and attentive. The only downside I could possibly think of is that the interior decoration is maybe a little bland but this was not really important to us and is made up for by quality in other areas.
As the recipt reads:
"Sé el cambio que quieres ver en el mundo"
(Be the change you want to see in the world) 🌿

Traditional Tapas vegan - Edit
It was nice to try so many typical Spanish tapas but made vegan. They all were very tasty. My favorite was the vegan fish, very delicious! This place is definitely worth a visit 🧡

New favorite - Edit
First time having vegan Spanish tapas, and I couldn’t have been happier! I chose three small plates and was very full in the end! The tortilla was amazing, and I’ll have to try to recreate it at home! Very cosy place, very affordable, very good food!

Heavy tasteless fried food - Edit
I ordered a selection of tapas, everything was, fried and served with mayo. The food was so heavy that I felt sick for the rest of the day and wasn’t able to eat anything else on that day. There wasn’t much of fresh foods on the menu. I know it’s a tapas place but it is south of Spain- home of all the delicious veggies ripen in the sun and all they serve are potatoes, fake meats and mayo! The food deserve 1 star but I gave one extra for being fully vegan.

biggest recommendation for malaga - Edit
favorites: gambas al pil pil, tortilla de patatas, calamares, aioli, tiramisu
Read morelove this place, it gives you the vegan tapas experience and my omnivore company really liked it as well, definitely a must visit!
They don't have a menu on paper but you can connect to their wifi and then open their menu, both per qr code, which is a big plus because the internet connection is very bad in this area so the wifi is a win. The items on the menu are all accompanied by a picture as well. The waitress is very kind.
We had the cuttlefish pinxto, prawn skewers, fried aubergine with cane honey, spanish omelette and squid rings with aioli, as well as the homemade lemonade and the oreo dessert. I'm not that into lemon so the lemonade wasn't for me and I wouldn't recommend the cuttlefish or prawns— they're well made substitutes but not accompanied by any veggies so a bit lackluster.
Now the other dishes however, AMAZING. The aubergine is so good, the cane honey is quite sweet and a good contrast to the savoriness of the other dishes. The calamares and tortilla des patatas were my absolute highlight, both are things I loved as a child when I wasn't vegan and this restaurant really brought back the taste of my childhood for me. I also never expected anyone to be able to reproduce the consistency of both of these dishes so well! Plus the aioli was very good and not shy on the garlic. Just absolutely delicious. The oreo dessert was super tasty as well, though I was disappointed by the plastic packaging. I cannot overstate how much I believe everyone should try this tortilla! I'm grateful I went here.
Update: second time beside the tortilla de patatas we had the gambas al pil pil, the croquettes of the day, the andalusian skewer, fried padron peppers, alioli potatos, meatballs with almond sauce, and a side of olives (1€) as well as rose wine and tiramisu for dessert. The meal was amazing! The gambas al pil pil are great, my favorite of the night! I liked the croquettes and the meatballs, though I would have preferred the meatballs with the tomato instead of the almond sauce, the aioli potatos came with fries but that didn't matter, the andalusian skewer is good though I don't like the vegan sausage but I never liked the original either so that makes sense. The tiramisu was the most authentic vegan tiramisu I've ever eaten elsewhere! And the wine was good too. Plus the prices are so low, if you go for the tapa versions you can try so many things, it's absolutely worth it!

All vegan, but not that tasty - Edit
They only have an online menu which is slow and full of ads, it was difficult to pick meals based on that. Meals were nothing special and service was very slow, I appreciate it’s all vegan, but unfortunately wouldn’t recommend:(

A great Spanish vegan welcome - Edit
Visiting Spain, tapas are a must and having a vegan tapas restaurant made me feel very welcomed! We only had four, but will be back for more. I could eat the bread with potatoes, cheese and chimichurri sauce all day. Delicious! I found the Andalusian skewer chorizo sausage very tasty. Great experience all the way around.

This is an amazing place for tapas! - Edit
They really have so many veganised traditional tapas, it's unbelievable - and they are also unbelievably good and authentic. We went there one day for lunch and returned the next day because it was so good. (The only thing that was a bit underwhelming were the patatas bravas, more french fries than patatas and more tomato-y than brava.) And very reasonable prices.

traditional tapas - Edit
I loved to find a vegan taperia as I‘ve always wanted to try this Spanish traditional dish with all its facets (which is very hard as a vegan). We tried the Russian salad, meatballs, humus, tortillas, aubergines, cheese sticks and more. I gave only 4 stars, because we didn’t like all the tapas. Would go again though.
