La Regina attended the vegan market in La Latina, offering tortilla, specialty drinks, and sandwiches. Two lovely people worked the stand. We left with the tortilla and a Dragonfruit-infused soda.
Read moreI have had a lot of tortilla in Spain. This was a standout. It has a thin line of creaminess as if it was a little undercooked, adding a unique texture and moisture. FizzyDragon fruit power drink was seltzer with Drago fruit chunks. It lacked flavor, but dragonfruit usually falls flat.
I'd be interested in visiting the physical location to see what else Regina offers

Lovely meal and company - Edit
We decided to get to know this restaurant in a recent lunch with a few fellow vegans from Happy Cow. Excellent choice, indeed! Really good range of dishes, most of them vegan and most vegetarian ones can be veganized just asking the nice staff to use vegan cheese. GF choices also available. So good you can find good vegan choices outside central Madrid, keep up the good work!

Read moreI don't usually like vegetarian restaurants because they put animal cheese in every plate...not here! They have many vegan options (with vegan cheeze too), especially for mains. I tried lasaña and was very tasty! The bechamel was really nice!
The vegan banana bread is beautiful with crusty caramel. It reminded me my childhood...I simply loved it!
Yaiza was spectacular: friendly, correct and attentive.
I will get back soon to try more vegan options :)

Una excelente opción para comer con menú del día en el barrio de Prosperidad. Tiene terraza, y algunos platos vegetarianos se pueden veganizar. Muy buen ambiente y trato genial.
