I am obsessed with this place! Menu del dia was €10.50, includes hummus and pita, drink, tapa, and dessert. It was amazing and I left not knowing if I would ever be able to eat again. The hummus is super smooth and flavorful, and a lot of thought goes into the menu and preparation. You will love it here!

La carta es reducida pero todo lo que sirven está realmente delicioso. Tienen unas cuantas ensaladas (recomiendo la Primavera) y luego humus con diferentes topings por encima (piñones, ajo, etc), además de las tapas del día. Servicio muy atento, aunque mejor reservar porque es pequeño y se llena rápido.

I went to La Hummuseria with two non-vegetarian friends and we all loved it. The hummus is great, we all got the one with mushrooms following advice here in HappyCow, and then we also had cake (there was only one vegan cake, and it was really great: a sort of torrone/nougat served with apple slices).

El sitio es muy agradable y la comida está riquísima. La carta va cambiando y siempre suele ser principalmente vegana, aunque también tienen alguna opción vegetariana con queso. Buen trato, aunque se suele llenar bastante. En una ocasión que fui a comer tarde se les acabó el hummus y solo nos pudieron sacar una ración en lugar de las dos que habíamos pedido, nos regalaron la ensalada que pedimos en su lugar :)

The place is cozy and the staff is really friendly. Their different hummous are awesome (I specifically recommend the mushroom one). We liked the food so much we ate there thrice in the same week.

Great Hummus and Drinks - Edit
The hummus is so good! So much better than the US and very close to what I have had in Israel. It is served warm with the warm chickpeas on top which I love! They also have really great drinks. I had a guavarita (guava margarita) which was amazing!

Tasty daily tapas - Edit
It is probably obvious that hummus is delicious in this place. However, what made me like this place even more were the daily tapas. They change daily, but the ones that I had when I visited (sweet potato and lentils) were incredibly tasty. The place is quite busy primarily with year-abroad college students trying not to forget their English with their counterparts from other U.S. universities. Thus, as in many good places in Spain it is a good idea to reserve a table.

Highly recommended. It is not expensive, have many hummus variations, tasty starters and salads and it is all about cheekpeas. I cannot give them 5 stars because the decoration of the local is not as cozy as it should be. Also we had to share the table with other persons, althogh the half of the local was empty (supposingly there were some reservations but nobody came). The stuff were nice.
