Creative menu, lovely team and ambience - Edit
The current menu is much more varied and creative (see photo) than described in the original listing here. The menu doesn’t clearly mark vegan options, but the staff were quick to offer that many dishes were veganizable, and we worked it out in a mix of English and Spanish. I ordered the ceviche made of pejibaye (peach palm, a staple food in pre-Colombian times), which was beautifully presented and had a wonderful taste and texture, along with an agua de jamaica (hibiscus) drink. The plátano chips that come with the dish are normally made with honey, but when I asked to omit those, the staff immediately offered that they could make mine without the honey.

I've eaten here a few times now & every time the food is great & the staff is super friendly & understand veganism & have said they're in the process of adding more options to the menu. Sometimes they'll have daily vegan specials so try asking about that if you go.
