Amazing Food - Edit
The whole menu is vegan, and the food is absolutely amazing. Each time I visited, I was never disappointed! As a person w a Chinese background I really missed some dishes when I became vegan, so now I come here whenever I miss them.

Pretty Good - Edit
Bubble Tea uses actual tea and not just sugar water, would rate the Strawberry blacktea with pearls 6 out of 5. It's plastic free! It's so good!
Read moreFood Ordered:
- Mushroom Soup
- Spring Rolls
- Laksa
- Lemon Chicken Bento Box
- BBQ Pork Fried Rice
Everything was delicious and good portions.
The spring rolls were appeared to be house made and yummy.
Laksa flavour was satisfying and would definitely order again. A bit too much mock meat for me, but that's just personal preference.
Lemon chicken taste and texture was perfect.
BBQ pork fried rice was quite large and balanced between vegetables, rice and mock meat. Mock meat is more sweet than savoury.
The venue is small and comfortable. Prices are reasonable. Staff appear to be genuinely kind and happy.
Side note: bathroom located through the kitchen.
Soy milk for beverages.

Tasty food and friendly service - Edit
Def not vegan junk food. I would ignore that last review. Like most restaurants there’s some deep fried options but it’s mostly just hearty Taiwanese food on rice or noodle. Plenty of vegetable in each dish and plenty of non faux meat options too. Loved the bubble tea and the frappe.

Now fully vegan - excellent Taiwanese food - Edit
Came here for dinner and enjoyed a large tasty meal. Home cooked Taiwanese food with nice level of peppery spiciness. Has gone fully vegan since last year. Would definitely come again. Chilli dumplings were the best. A lot of mock meat which could be a plus or minus depending on your taste/preference

Cute and cozy eatery - Edit
What a cute and cozy eatery. The staff were friendly and swift. The menu was predominantly vegan and clearly marked. It was self service for drinking water and cutlery which added to the easy natured atmosphere. And as a vegan who always orders for my flexitarian mother when we dine out, at this place, she felt very confident to take the lead and order dishes that we really enjoyed.

Huge menu of delicious veg options - Edit
I had the spicy veg noodle soup with tofu and mushrooms. A good level of heat and a generous serve. I really enjoyed it. It was hard to make a choice because there are so many things to order. Most are vegan, any vegetarian options are clearly labelled.

Amazing Asian Food - Edit
Having travelled a lot in Asia I was thrilled to find some of my favourite dishes but also some new things to try. I shared 8 entrees with a friend and everything was very tasty. The highlight was definitely the phantom chips. Will definitely be back, as there are so many vegan options to choose from. Staff were extremely friendly and price was fair. If you like Asian food, you have to check out this fantastic little restaurant.

So good! - Edit
Lovely service and scarily convincing meat substitutes! Myself and my partner loved the laksa, the 3 veg and the sweet and sour pork but weren't huge on the boiled dumplings.

This place is by far my favourite vegan restaurant on the Gold Coast. My wife and I eat here regally and both order tea, entrées and main meals and it never breaks the bank.

Read moreThis very popular Chinese mock-meat eatery is located towards the northern end of Southport's CBD. Its menu is well-organized and not too varied, meaning you can work out your meals much quicker. The mains are typically protein-veggies-pickles-rice, while the bento or set tray meals are the same served up in a different format.
The snow fish is cooked in a magnificently tasty way, and for the price ($11.90), it cannot be beat! I would not bother with desserts here, though; the blueberry cheesecake ($4.50) was just a slice taken from a frozen dessert sold in many Asian food stores and was not worth ordering.
All in all, the entrees and mains were superb and well-priced. This venue deserves its great popularity and I hope it is there for many years to come, just like its older sibling in Brisbane.
Pros: great food, low prices, relaxed vibe
Cons: unexciting deserts
