Leckere Bowl - Edit
Leckere Bowl mit einigen veganen Optionen. Für mich passen einige der Grundzutaten der Bowl nicht so gut zusammen (z B Rotkraut und Zucchini mit Edamame Tofu) und es ist etwas truer für die Größe. Sonst aber ein schöner Laden!

Read moreBe aware that not everything is vegan, I was a little bit confused first, as they offer Feta and Halloumi and for me it wasn’t clear that it’s the dairy version. They also mentioned „normal milk“ as option, as I asked about the coffee drinks 😉
I enjoyed my bowl, it was nourishing and a good value with around 11€.
They offer rice, beetroot rice and couscous as base. Would be cool, if there were other options available too.
Unfortunately they don’t have a toilet and only bar-tables and seats (it’s pretty small inside, surely good for too go).
Cakes and baked goods are all vegan labeled.

Read moreman kann sich eine bowl selber zusammenstellen (lassen), das geht in 2 minuten. dementsprechend schnell hat man etwas zu essen; vom konzept her fastfood, aber mit frischen zutaten und ganz viel liebe.
ich hab mir reis als basis ausgesucht, dann edamame-tofu, die erdnuss-mayo und schließlich eine körnermischung als topping. ehrlich, ich bin vollauf begeistert. die bowl war geschmacklich, farblich - das auge isst mit, okay -, von konsistenz sowie temperatur und natürlich geschmack her sehr bunt, die einzelnen komponenten haben sich super ergänzt und insgesamt war es einfach ein *erlebnis*. ein preis von 9,50€ pro bowl finde ich vollkommen angemessen, außerdem gibt es gratis infused water #stayhydrated.
wenn man to-go bestellt, kann man einen vytal behälter bekommen (oder halt was eigenes mitbringen), sodass nicht unnötig plastikmüll entsteht.
ach ja, hab mich in die einrichtung verlieeeebt, es gibt ganz viele pflanzen und holz und es ist einfach wunderschön. auch das personal ist total lieb und erklärt einem alles geduldig.
Pros: bowls super lecker, gratis infused water, wunderschöne einrichtung, auch mehrweg-to-go, faire preise, nette menschen, geht schnell

Sehr lecker, große Portionen und fairer Preis - Edit
Gemütlicher kleiner Laden, mit wenigen Sitzplätzen. To go wird ebenfalls angeboten. Es gibt vorher zusammengestellte Bowl-Optionen, aber man kann sich auch selber was aus den Zutaten wählen.

We arrived "shortly" before closing time, but were served very nicely. The bowls could be arranged from different options and the portions were quite large and tasty. It was definitely worth stopping by.
Read moreThe only drawback, which is a very personal one, was the seating for me. With a small child it was a bit inconvenient to sit on stools at the high tables. But as I said, this is my individual problem, which should only apply to very few guests. Otherwise you can simply order the dishes as take-away.

Alles ist Veggie mit der Option Vegan.
Die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind allerdings gering, jedoch eignen sich die Speisen auch super zum Mitnehmen.
Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Laden, den Koblenz endlich brauchte!
