A bit disappointing

I was craving vegan döner and saw they offered a tofu döner that can be made vegan. Make sure to specify vegan when ordering so they leave out the feta (which I’ve never had on döner anyway), and use a vegan white sauce. The tofu was not very flavorful and the white sauce was just ok, probably coconut based, which is not my fave. I had asked for an extra side of hot sauce, which they did not give me. When I asked about it, they said “it was inside”. 😒 It was not inside.

The bread was probably the best part, but it’s definitely not as good as the bread in Germany. It wasn’t terrible overall, but I still felt pretty disappointed.

Pros: Technically vegan döner

Cons: Not very flavorful and no spice
