Super freundlich und sehr leckeres veganes Frühstück - Edit
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück mir drei (hausgemachten?) Aufstrichen, super Bio Brötchen und Vollkornbrotauswahl, Marmelade, Obst und Salatgarnitur und ein Overnight Oat. Leider sind die Kuchen und Crepes nur vegetarisch zu haben. Aber wir waren auch so zufrieden.

Vegan in Bioqualität - Edit
Neben mindestens einem veganen Tagesgericht gibt es auch mehrere vegane Hauptspeisen auf der Karte und alles in Bioqualität.

Die Preise sind moderat und das Personal sehr nett.
Es werden auch Menschen mit Handicap beschäftigt, was ich sehr schön finde.

This place is a gem! - Edit
I had vegan breakfast today at KostBar Korbach and it was amazing! The husband had the vegan lentil dish which was also very yummy. This place has employees with and without disabilities. We had a great experience and everybody was so kind. 😍 The whole concept is just amazing with an organic store, restaurant and a shop selling products from developing countries all in one building.
