Walked happily to this place to get some food to be highly disappointed by a lady working there with braces. She was far from welcoming and couldn’t care less to try and help me. The menu was not in English and when I went to order a tofu burger, despite pointing to the item on the menu to her she responded with “ I don’t understand”…

I saw your behaviour as well and if there was someone rude it was you! They don’t speak English and could put some effort to have a better understanding with non-spanish speaking people, but they weren’t rude whatsoever, but you were. Have in mind most people here didn’t learn English because they couldn’t afford it. Try to be more respectful and polite and maybe things would have worked out… I was about to help you out but since you were so rude and impatient I decided not to…

I’m afraid you walked in half way as a customer where you only saw half the issue. The moment I walked into the place, which you were there for, the lady didn’t even try to help me understand the menu in English. It’s a matter about team work when there is a language barrier. I opened up google translate, pointed at the menu yet still she was not being helpful from her side at all.

Just came back here to tell you that I don’t question your bad experience there. I saw your struggle and your frustration. The issue is that you lost your temper and were disrespectful to them, and they didn’t raise their voices towards you. And once you lose your temper, you lose your reason. Have this in mind every time you have to deal with people, we don’t know their backgrounds, we don’t even know if they were having a bad day. This saying can be useful to them as well. And you see you had a terrible experience and for me everything was really nice.

Each day they have one burger and "plata" as the menu del dia together with a drink. As of January 2025 this was 8500 Pesos, with desert 13,000. The soy burger with fries was really nice and had a good sauce. We also tried the chocolate cake (other option was oreo cake) which was also deliciously chocolaty, but be careful the cake pieces are huge!

Been here 2 times (a year apart). Food has been good both times. Nothing suuuuper special but a nice selection (pizza, burgers, sandwiches, desserts etc). Just realized that I took the BBQ Sabdwich both times (how boring am I?) But it's really tasty- so why not. The cinnamon buns were great too. Last time, I also got the Lasagna that I heated up later on and it was still very yummy. I just tasted the Pizza that I got for later- I had no chance to heat it up in my hotel but it tasted good inspite of being cold. I do have to say though that I decided both times to get take out because I don't like the area too much. The staff is really sweet though- I'm so sorry that I hardy speak any Spanish (thanks for the English menu!). I couldn't believe how much food I got for little money.

Llegamos a las 11:50 y estaba cerrado, preguntamos y nos dijeron que abrían a las 12:20 hrs, dimos un par de vueltas, regresamos a las 12:35 y aún no abrían, nos vieron afuera y no nos hicieron caso, finalmente esperamos hasta las 12:45 hrs y nos fuimos ya que nos aburrimos de esperar.

This place isn’t fancy but it makes up for that in friendly and a wide range on their menu. Great for if you want something filling and quick (ish) on the go.
Read moreThe bulk of their menu is burgers and sandwiches it feels, so I opted for the tofu sandwich served with salad and a drink whilst my partner had a bbq burger served with fries. (We decided to split the salad and fries to get the best of both worlds hence the pictures showing both).
The mint and ginger lemonade was tasty.
My tofu sandwich was huge - it was $4200 so felt like insanely good value as I feel it could serve two people. Tasty enough, nothing overly special. Fried bread tofu, with some salad and mustard and mayo sauce. Soft bread.
Also ordered the tequenos - they came out cold and weren’t amazing.

Had the Milaneses Gigantes (which really is giant, see image attached) and some Limo. The Limo was very nice even though more on the sweeter side. Unfortunately both the Milaneses (I guess based on saitan?) and the side of fries were INCREDIBLY oily to the point were I couldn’t eat it. The Saitan was like a sponge and Fries were dripping of oil. Absolutely not recommended unfortunately

O Konu bar tem um amplo espaço e o atendimento é bem cordial. Eles servem refeições, mas o forte parece ser os lanches. Provei um BBQ Sandwich e o lanche estava gostoso e farto.
