I’m afraid you walked in half way as a customer where you only saw half the issue. The moment I walked into the place, which you were there for, the lady didn’t even try to help me understand the menu in English. It’s a matter about team work when there is a language barrier. I opened up google translate, pointed at the menu yet still she was not being helpful from her side at all. In addition the restaurant is dirty, kitchen looks dirty and no at all welcoming. As a customer of the restaurant, it is wrong for you comment on half the side of the story. Also hospitality is something thats needed in general.
