I tried some of these vegan kolache pastries and especially loved the poppy seed and plum one. They also serve very good coffee with plant milk, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Prague!

It’s great to be able to try these Czech pastries. They looked amazing but the taste was a little underwhelming and the middle of the pastry was a bit too soggy and the custard wasn’t that great either

When we arrived, it was so much cuter and sweeter than we expected. Really DIY and cosy.

If you are in Prague, go there! You have to try the traditional kolache! I've tried 4 vegan ones and the tasted very good, the Coffee is delish too! Friendly staff :)

Ich habe mir die 2 to go bestellt, um einen aufzuheben, und habe schlimmerweise noch beide vor Ort verdrückt während ich draußen dem Regen gelauscht habe. So ein fluffiger, milchiger Teig mit dieser süßen Mohnfülle... einfach ein Gedicht. 10/10, würde ich immer wieder holen. Ich glaube die anderen 2 Sorten sind Beeren mit Kokoscreme, das wäre auch interessant

A small cafe with inside standing room. They had 4 types of vegan Kolache when we came by one morning. Also plant milk options for coffee, etc. Jot chocolate and caramel latte was good.

Wir haben uns zum Frühstück hier 4 Kolaches geholt. Die Mitarbeiterin war super freundlich und hat uns beiden ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben. Die vegane Auswahl war groß. Es gab 5-6 (vielleicht sogar 7?) verschiedene vegane Sorten Kolache. Wir hatten zwei mit Mohn (eins mit Mandeln, ein mit Streuseln), eine Beerenmischung und Blaubeere. Der Mohn war total lecker, genau die richtige Süße ohne zu brennen und die Fruchtkolache auf eine ganz andere Weise total lecker. Wenn du hingehst, probier am besten eines mit Mohn und eines mit Frucht.
Read moreNatürlich muss man noch erwähnen, dass es halt Süßteile sind und man deshalb nicht unbedingt satt davon wird. Aber als Snack, zum Café oder wenn man morgens nicht viel runter kriegt, sind sie vollkommen ausreichend. Wir haben für die vier Teile 9,55€ (240Czk) gezahlt, was denke ich in Ordnung ist.
Die Lage ist übrigens Klasse: Das Café liegt direkt an der Straße vom Pudertor zum Rathausplatz. Also zentraler geht es nicht.

This place is close to the astronomical clock, so good when you crave a snack while sight seeing. Its nice to be able to try traditional czech pastrys while traveling.
Read moreThe Shops is very small with limited seating, so better take it to go. They had three vegan options while I was there, poppyseed, raspberry and plum. I tried the plum one, it was good, but not in an overwhelming way. You could really taste the yeast in the dough, which is something I personally like a lot. The filling was just the right amount of sweet. I think it could have been a bit bigger though.
Staff was nice and explained the different filling for me, as it was labeled as vegan, but not exactly what it was.
