Two vegan options - Edit
Tried both of the vegan ramen options and I thought both were good. Not amazing and a bit on the salty side but it's still a good filling bowl of ramen. And if you order the tempura ramen you get a big plate of veggie tempura on the side which for me was the best part!

Delicious vegan ramen! - Edit
I wasnt expecting a lot from this spot because it isnt a vegan restaurant and because there werent too many Reviews on here but i 100% recommend the vegetable ramen with tempura! There are two vegan ramen options. The restaurant is small and cozy and the prices are totally fair.

No complaints, they have 2 types of ramen, both have flavorful broths. They were delicious, and Kohoku also has another vegan main as well, all clearly labeled. Will return.

I grew up going to one particular ramen shop with my grandma, and the smell alone was enough to invoke those memories with my grandma. I ordered the edamame, tofu yakitori, and vegetable tempura ramen. The soup tasted just like what I remember from my childhood.
