We had a great time and cooked some delicious food over a four hour period. Super fun thing to try if you're on the island!

Great vegan cheeses making workshop! - Edit
I attended a 1 day vegan cheese making workshop organised by this cooking school and loved it! We learned how to make several different cheeses plus butter and yogurt, from a very experienced chef, and had a lovely time cooking, tasting and eating delicious vegan food. Definitely recommended :)
