Incredible Bagels!

I had wanted to stop by this bagel shop for awhile, and after I finally made it there, I truly regret not going sooner.
They make the most delicious bagels in Tokyo by far. Their dough does not contain eggs, dairy, or grease, so with the exception of the few cheese bagels and one honey wheat one, everything is naturally vegan.
They have two varieties of bagels - New York style and Japanese style. The New York style have traditional bagel flavors and are perfectly dense and loaded with toppings, and the Japanese style use koji-based yeast and are chewy, inspired by mochi and Japanese flavors. They also make bread with the bagel dough base.
Their bagel sandwiches have only one vegan option though - the peanut butter and jelly.
As it's a bit out of the way for us, we ended up getting quite a few. From the New York flavors we got garlic, everything, and sesame, and from the Japanese ones we got pumpkin, nozawana, black sesame seed sweet potato, matcha kinako, lemon azuki, and baked apple. We also got a pumpkin bread. All of them tasted phenomenal, and I can't wait to go back for more!
Looking forward to the Happy Cow policy changing one day, so that I can give them 5 stars.

Best bagels in Tokyo (by far)!

I've never had fantastic bagels outside of New York. Most bagel places get it wrong, often very wrong. Kepo Bagels are better than any other bagels I've had in Japan by far. If the owner of Bagel and Bagel had a Kepo, they'd cry for a week and subsequently close all branches. Kepo has a bunch of vegan options; maybe 75 percent of their bagels. Bagels are 170-350 yen each. Something like that. I highly recommend buying a bunch and storing in your freezer. They're awesome!

Pros: Great bagels!

Cons: They won't let me live in the back room
