What I loved about this coffee shop was the great selection of iced drinks and speciality coffee. The cakes were pretty good too.
Read moreIt was late afternoon, and after a long shift pounding the pavement, I needed a break. I went for the Irish iced matcha — a lovely tricolour drink that looked as good as it tasted. Refreshing and flavourful, it paired perfectly with my cake.
It’s is a bit out of town, but definitely worth the visit.

To be honest, Kawastrofa was a bit hard to find. If you come from the North-East it looks like a you're passing a courtyard for apartments so it was quite easy to walk a bit to far.
Read moreLuckily I found the café and could order a kakao and a lemon chocolat cake. The kakao was delicious and their lemon-chocolat cake had a strong lemon and a strong chocolat flavour. Very interesting and delicious flavour contrast! I was also happy that the cake wasn't too sweet.
Both the café and direct environment are nicely decorated. I could enjoy the view on a part of the Wroclan skyline.

Little cozy cafe with delicious cakes and a beautiful view from the windows. There are sits outside for sunny weather. The coffee is delicious. The people working there are very nice.

Run by an attentive, friendly duo that specializes in their respectable fields - making coffee and baking, this place is a definite must-go. No matter if you prefer to start your day on the sweet or savoury side, you'll find something to satisfy your cravings there. Located in a walking distance from Old Town, with a nice view it's good to either stay in or get a takeaway.

I was surprised that this place wasn't full with a queue out the door given how tasty it was. Try the focaccia! It comes with asparagus, tomato and tofu.

What a nice place! - Edit
We went there for breakfast and were not sure if it might be "standard" and too fancy because of the good location, but this wasn't justified. Super friendly and helpful staff, really really good coffee, authentic and unique atmosphere and the food... More than good! We had two pieces of cake, focaccia and omelette which was really fantastic. And you have a really good view on the river! We definitely come back!

Yummy but expensive - Edit
Very yummy but rather expensive (~5€ for a matcha cheesecake). When you look at the menu, pancakes here aren’t what you would expect, but really yummy. The matcha cake tasted a lot like coconut so if you don’t like that you better ask for the ingredients.

Oh my god, I had the best ferrero cake there. Really interesting surroundings, if I didn't know about this place, I would never have expected it there. Great coffee, lots of plants and nice service. We had sernik tiramisu and ferrero cake. Sernik tiramisu was really tasty, but ferrero cake was sooo good, I was in heaven with every bite. Love it

Popped in to grab some desserts for take away. They had around 6 or so options. We ended up getting bounty tart and some cheese cake like cake with peanut butter. Both of them tasted lovely.

Dream place for vegan gourmet and coffee lover - Edit
I waited impatiently for this place to open. Maciej and Alexandra, the founders of the cafe, created a cozy place you will definitely want to linger in. Maciej prepares wonderful coffee and Alexandra cooks delicious desserts. They provide amazing service and friendly climate. You can spend time on your own or with a company, enjoying work or reading books (there are some here) in a beautiful surrounding as the place has a charming view – new architecture with greenery and the old town with a magnificent cathedral visible on the other bank. I love this place and come here often.
