Es ist immer wieder schön dort zu sein, da es eine super Auswahl an Essen gibt was natürlich alles vegan ist und dazu sind auch noch Katzen da 😍

Einziges Manko war, dass der Service etwas unterbesetzt war und es immer lange gedauert hat bis man etwas nachbestellen konnte.

The food was very nice. I had a rainbow bowl. I thought it seemed a bit pricey but the bowl turned out to be substantial in size. There were cats mooching about and one jumped just over my head at one point. The restaurant is basically a giant cat playground with ramps etc built everywhere. As a vegan I felt a little bit weird though, it’s almost approaching a zoo kind of vibe. The cats are supposedly all rescues so I guess that makes it ok. But they are a franchise… hmmm one to think about.

Alles lecker und die Katzen sehr fluffig - Edit
Wir waren heute zu dritt zum Mittagessen vor Ort. Es wurde eine Bowl, ein Burger und die Chilli Fritten bestellt. Alle (auch Omnis) waren sehr überzeugt vom Essen und die Atmosphäre ist mit den Katzen ist einfach grandios.

Very friendly staff & cats. Larger space, at least 50 seats inside. My bowl contained quite a lot plain salad. This is a nice café for cat lovers who are willing to pay for the friendly environment. Note that the kitchen may close at any point randomly so only cake is available then. Nice cakes. Good british breakfast, good coffee. Peaceful cats.

Hello Marty_mark, just to inform you the kitchen closed now always at 9pm (except Sundays, where they close earlier) . Before that, you experienced a thing called „betriebsbedingt“ (aka they close earlier as there are no customers and they would lose more money as they have to pay staff, which has nothing to do), which is a very common thing in German restaurants in „dry times“ during the week

Wir waren zu zweit unter der Woche gegen 14:30 Uhr dort. Dort wurden wir herzlich empfangen von einem freundlichen Personal und haben sofort einen Platz bekommen.

Die ganze Speisekarte ist vegan und Allergene wurden gekennzeichnet. Die Preise lagen ein paar Euro über dem Standard eines Restaurants/ Cafés, das aber gerechtfertigt durch die Pflege der Katzen, ebenso der Mühe hinter dem Service Küche.
Pros: Große Auswahl an veganen Speisen/ Getränken, Angenehmes Ambiente/ freundliches Personal, Wohltätiger Zweck für Katzen

Food was really great. Generally the place is fantastic. Everyone is nice and chilled. It is also a family friendly place and cats are not scared of little kids (but of course every parent needs to keep an eye on the little ones to not annoy fluffy friends).

Vegan food + cats? What could be more perfect? I regret waiting until my last day in Leipzig to visit this cafe. I enjoyed my sandwich, fries, and tiramisu. I think I even got to see all of the cats! Be sure to make a reservation to avoid disappointment.

Lovely and clean, friendly staff, the food is amazing! I could eat there every day. The cats are adorable. There isn’t a bad thing I could say. Loved it. Some of the best vegan meals I’ve had. Certainly the best in Leipzig.

Musste mich auf die Warteliste setzen lassen, aber vor Ort war maximal 1/3 besetzt, auch während meines Aufenthalts maximal 50%.
Ich nehme an, die Warteliste kann recht abschreckend wirken und viele sehen von einer solchen ab - was sehr schade ist.
Telefonnummer muss bei der Wartelistenbuchung auch angegeben werden, die Reservierunsbestätigung kam jedoch nur per email, was ich erst gar nicht wahrnahm und so musste ich mich sehr beeilen, noch rechtzeitig anzukommen.
