Don’t be fooled but the “chain restaurant” description. This place serves authentic Israeli food and everything from the pita bread to the humus, salads and shakshuka is extremely fresh and tasteful. Although not vegan per say, Kaspi has many 100% vegan options and most of the rest can become vegan. Staff is really nice and usually speaks very good English. Come early on Friday as they close mid-afternoon and only re-open on Sunday. My go to place for Israeli food downtown Tel Aviv.
