Incredible Chinese food - Edit
An absolute must-try in Nürnberg! We tried two noodle bowls and the new potatoe dumplings in soybean sauce. All of then were labelled as "spicy" but only the dumplings were (at least we felt like that). Still, the service was fast, the food super delicious and the price okay.

They don't have many options. But each option is refined to a great standard, offering Sechuan food that needn't fear competition, certainly in Germany. And then it's all vegan, so that's convenient ;)

I never had Sichuan style food and was very excited to try it. I had 2 dishes and both were very tasty. I definitely recommend going to Kaschemme. I will definitely come back when I visit Nuremberg.

Authentic Sichuan food in a cute family-run business - Edit
The Dan Dan style noodles were definitely the best out of the three things we got. Loved that the food was cooked right there next to us, and very happy to support a new family-run business. Sichuan food can be hard to find in Germany and a vegan Sichuan restaurant was such a lovely surprise!

Leckere Vorspeise - Edit
Besonders die Dumplings als Vorspeise und der hausgemachte Kräutertee haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Obwohl wir zwei Gerichte, die als kaum scharf markiert waren, gegessen haben, fanden wir sie doch sehr scharf. Nichtsdestotrotz haben sie uns gut geschmeckt. Allerdings ist es eher gewöhnungsbedürftig für Menschen, die selten scharf essen.

The noodles I got were good but a bit oily. I wish there were vegetables or mock meat with the noodles, rather than just noodles and sauce. The dumplings with chili sauce were great.

We has two "two chilli" spice level dishes and they were spicy but not too hot.

Delicious noodle and rice bowls - Edit
We had a rice bowl with veggies and a noodle bowl with soy mince and cabbage. Some veggies in the rice bowl were deliciously pickled and the noodle bowl had the perfect grade of spicy with a sesame oil ground taste 😋. There are around 5 tables available which got easily occupied on a Saturday evening but one can wait on a bench at the entrance and enjoy a tea before ordering the food. There are also soups, dumplings and a polenta on the menu signalled with different spice grades. One has an extra 🤯warning, in case you want to test your limits 😏.

Friendly staff and stylish place. We had a noodles and a rice dish, which were both delicious, but not enough for us. We both went hungry, though we spent 25 euro for two main dishes and one lemonade. We were not starving, so we really expect more than a small bowl.
