Exceptional. Authentic Indian food. - Edit
Ordered delivery from this place on a recent visit to the city. It’s one of the few vegan only places in Newcastle. The pizza was great, the flavours were balanced enough for it to qualify as true fusion food. I had the acharia seitan curry which was exquisite. The breads are large and great texture. Would be a regular if I lived in the area.

gorgeous food!! - Edit
i've been craving indian for ages but my partner and i have been struggling to find any indian takeaways in newcastle with good vegan options. i was very impressed with the wide variety of options on the menu, including the indian-style pizzas which are a good option for my partner as he doesn't enjoy curry as much as me. i could not fault the food at all and will definitely be ordering again! my only reason for 4 stars would be the absence on food delivery apps for convenience, as you have to go to the restaurant's own website to order, and the delivery time - we waited quite a long time for our food however we did order on a saturday night with great north run road closures so this was definitely understandable. 100% will order again on a less busy evening to enjoy it faster!!

Really lovely curries - Edit
Lovely curries for fair prices, and they deliver. The gobi manchurian (spicy cauliflower) starter is highly recommended! I prefer a slightly richer curry sometimes so I stick to a few I know pack a bit more weight and punch. Nonetheless, their healthier, plant-based approach delivers really delicious food.

We’ve ordered Karma Boxed a few times as we don’t live in Newcastle and it’s a brilliant idea. The curries are all delicious and the naan breads are the die for. Highly recommend

Delicious takeaway - Edit
We’ve been wanting to try Karma Kitchen for a while and ordered takeaway recently for collection. It was the perfect vegan takeaway! The spice blends in the curries that we tried were delicious, the rice was well cooked and there were even gluten free naan bread options which tasted really good. The food was fresh and the right level of rich whilst still being healthy, with not too much oil. Everything was packed in compostable containers and the food stayed tasty and warm until we got home, even though it took us an hour on the bus. The owner was very lovely and came out to chat with us as we collected our order. We would definitely recommend Karma Kitchen for a delicious vegan takeaway😄

Amazing food. I love their vegan garlic naans. A great variety of curries to choose from, they have both traditional vegetable curries and vegan fake meat curries. The starters are also amazing!

Beautiful Curry - Edit
Karma kitchen is the best place on Earth for us curry loving vegans..the food here is an utter dream 🤤😋 we get takeouts from here A LOT and they have never failed to please us- the food is always so fresh and great quality. We drive from South Shields for collection to get our curry fix here, we love this place so much 🥰 it's totally worth the drive 😂 highly recommend the tofu tikka masala, its so creamy and yummy. The seitan bhuna pizza is a solid 10/10 every time, could live off it. They make their own vegan cheese which I think is amazing and only use fresh and locally sourced ingredients 💖💖 thank you so much karma kitchen, top marks from me and the other half 🙌💕

Naan bread! - Edit
The chai or the turmeric latte are wonderful- also the onion bhaji is nicely spiced. Great to enjoy naan bread again! Starters looked like something was missing off the plate- large gap in the centre if the plate!! Food on pne side and salad on the other!! Curry portions seemed a little small for my liking (but my partner who was also drinking beer was full) and although hot when it came out, seemed to cool quickly in the special bowls. Food nicely spiced but could be stronger for our liking. Teas take 10 minutes to brew properly in the kitchen, but they are well worth it. Hard to catch the waitress’s eye although they were not overly busy.
