Limited but tasty vegan options, nice outdoor seating - Edit
Karl Strauss is a happening place for San Diego businesspeople and biotech nerds to talk business or just hang out. They have a more extensive food menu than most breweries, with as of today two vegan mains: Their vegan burger is perfectly fine (especially with sweet potato fries), the Korean BBQ bowl is surprisingly good. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, including heat lamps outside for when it gets chilly (by San Diego standards).

The menu has clearly marked vegan items. There is not a lot but you can make a good meal here with good beer on a beautiful koi pond.

A Few Vegan Options, Good Beer - Edit
Vegan options are clearly marked on the online menu you order from. I had the seasonal soul bowl and added a beyond meat patty. It was a great mix of flavors. The beer is good and you can create your own sampler flight.
