Best Vegan Ramen! - Edit
I haven’t had a vegan ramen better than this in NYC, or been to a Japanese restaurant that offers the amount of vegan options they do!

Delicious vegan options - Edit
Walked into a great atmosphere and fast service, even though it was crowded. I was happy to see that there were a few vegan options clearly labeled on the menu. I ordered the tofu and edamame nugget which was one of the best things I've ever eaten. Seriously, try it! For ramen, I ordered the Misopresso Botan-ical Ramen. They didn't have the tomato broth but the mushroom broth was delicious! Although this place is expensive, they do serve big portions. Will definitely be returning for the nuggets.

Options! - Edit
I randomly popped in. I usually find that unless a place actively advertises it has vegan options i typically only have 1 thing to chose from on the menu. They had 3 vegan ramens, and various vegan toppings. A few vegan appetizers and a vegan sushi roll.
