Very Bad Food, Very Rude Staff
We went to the restaurant for my son's birthday. The rude staff ignored us for 20 minutes. After asking multiple times to order, finally someone took our order. I wish we had already walked out as the staff constantly on their phones while cooking and waiting tables.
The tofu in the tortellini smelled rotten and old. We couldn't eat it and sent it back. The waitress sent the manager to our table so she could inform us we still had to pay for the dish even though it wasn't edible.
The capresse we ordered was drenched in balsamic vinegar. It was impossible to taste anything else as the bread was SOAKED in balsamic vinegar.
The schwarma was a gooey, mushy mess. Does anyone at this restaurant taste the food before serving it?
Finally, after seeing cockroaches on the floor and having one crawl on our table, I asked to speak to the manager. What an unprofessional, ignorant employee. She had the audacity to tell me that all of our troubles were our fault. She said that we were lying about the problems we saw. Incredible!!! I have never had a restaurant manager crap on customers like this. No interest in learning how to improve the experience.
This is just another failing business in Medellín. We had been here previously. It has gone downhill -- it is like a different restaurant now. In addition, they have no interest in maintaining any customers.
A sad experience. Disgusting food. Insanely poor service.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Poor quality food with lots and lots of salt, Rude staff

Papers Please - Vaccination Required for Service - Edit
“The mandates and coercion policies have a sinister, effect: they divide the public and pit us against each other.
Read moreI sense that most people, vaccinated or unvaccinated, like I have little desire to argue about medical procedures. However, the institutions pushing mandates have maneuvered the public into fighting over them anyway.” Charles Eisenstein

… So you give them a bad rating even though you never ate there and you talk about society getting divided? They have the right to decide who they want to serve. Just like every other restaurant. Ever thought about the fact that they might have to close their restaurant in case they become a "spreader restaurant"?
Read moreI could go on, but if you still haven't understood why the vaccine is important and for some people necessary to survive, it won't make sense to argue with you, I assume. Stay healthy and be happy and thankful that enough people on this planet got vaccinated, so even people like you will regain their freedom soon again.
