Best Vegan Restaurant I've Been Too - Edit
I couldn't believe how delicious every single thing we had was. The dishes are shareable so we had the hummus (incredible bread!!), potato spirals (unreal), and the short rib tacos. Every bite was delicious.

This place is amazing. We have been a few times already and the food is incredible. Super cosy vibe inside and the flavours are amazing. We have tried the tikka masala which is so delicious, croissants, cookies, sourdough bread, and a breakfast tofu scramble croissant. It's a bit more expensive than some of the other vegan places around but well worth it. We love it. Highly recommend. Definitely will go back again.

We came for breakfast and ordered a tiramisu and the toasted cheese croissant that came with a small tofu scramble side. The croissant is drizzled with vegan honey and truffle oil which makes a really flavorful combination. The tiramisu was a little muted in flavors (I don't think it had liquor in it) but nice otherwise. There wasn't a lot to choose from in terms of baked goods but apparently more is available in the early afternoon.

I have been to some high end vegan restaurants in the states but this might be my favorite vegan meal ever. I had tempura cauliflower wings, short rib tacos, tiramisu and an almond cappuccino. The whole menu is vegan and there was a lot.to choose from very reasonably priced too #Veganuary

Hummus with bread - the hummus was good, but the little chickpea croquettes in some sort of magical tomato sauce was, hands down, one of the nicest things we have ever eaten. (We forgot to take a picture!)
Tacos - our least favourite thing we ordered. Packed with flavour, but the mushrooms were a little smoky for our taste. Even so, they didn’t last long.
Quinoa bowl - fresh, yummy, well presented.
The mojito was good too.
Service was a bit mixed. Hard to get attention and took a long to take our order, we felt a bit forgotten about, but the waitress was very apologetic.

para una cuenta de $123.000 pesos colombianos se me hizo excesivo para la combinación entre la comida y el servicio. pedimos la ensalada César, la hamburguesa Valluna y el pero Kaime. sobre la ensalada me hubiera gustado que la mesera nos indicara que el plato era picante ya que en el menú no lo decía en la información, y aunque tenía el indicador era importante que nos resalten ese detalle; además, era un poco pequeña la porción para estar en la sección de compartir. sobre la hamburguesa considero que le faltaba resaltar el sabor del encocado y que hubieran tenido una versión original de proteína vegetal ya que usan productos de NotCo y el sabor que maneja esa marca es muy prominente, lo que no permite equilibrar bien el sabor de toda la hamburguesa. las papas fueron excelentes y la salsa que las acompañaba también estaba rica. por último, al perro le sucedió algo parecido como a la ensalada, tenía la información en la descripción sobre su picante pero no el indicador, así que también era importante que nos indicaran aquello. pero bueno, la mesera que nos entregó la cuenta fue muy amable y escuchó nuestras molestias, así que agradezco eso.

Íbamos con grandes expectativas, pero tal vez es mejor bajarlas un poco. El ambiente del restaurante es agradable y de alta gama, aunque los precios pueden ser excesivos; por ejemplo, un agua cuesta 15,000 COP. Además, al no tener menús físicos, podrían ajustar los subtítulos de los platos, ya que dos de los tres que pedimos no eran realmente para compartir, y el que sí lo era tenía poca proteína.
Read moreEl principal problema fue la hamburguesa, que utiliza proteína NotCo. Aunque esta opción vegana ha ganado popularidad, su sabor es demasiado dominante y resta protagonismo a los demás ingredientes. Por el precio, uno esperaría algo con ingredientes más locales y naturales, en lugar de un sabor genérico.
Otro inconveniente fue que uno de los platos estaba considerablemente picante, pero no estaba marcado como tal en el menú. En general, la comida es algo grasosa, con exceso de salsas. Por ejemplo, los crutones de la ensalada César tenían un fuerte sabor a aceite, lo que opacaba otros elementos como las orellanas a la plancha.
Pros:
1. Ambiente agradable y bien cuidado.
2. Ingredientes como las orellanas y la salchicha casera se destacan por su buen sazón.
3. El perro caliente tenía una combinación de sabores creativa, especialmente con la mermelada de pimentón, berenjena y manzana.
Contras:
1. La hamburguesa NotCo tiene un sabor demasiado intrusivo.
2. Platos marcados como para compartir no son lo suficientemente grandes.
3. Algunos platos tienen mucho picante o grasa, sin la indicación adecuada.

The interior is really well designed and it's a great atmosphere. The food was really delicious - although the menu is long and all the options sounded amazing so it's quite hard to pick the right ones! I think the breakfast was probably the best thing that we had - in particular the way they cooked the tofu "eggs" was delicious. Great cakes for desert as well
